I've been a long-time customer of BBW. My recent purchased was not delivered due to damage during shipping. Accidents happen, no doubt. However, when packages are not delivered BBW does nothing to communicate or reship the order. They wait for you to figure it out and call them. (Yes, they confirmed that they were aware that my products had not been delivered due to damage). It took me over an hour on hold to reach someone who cheerfully offered to reship my order but then told me that many of the items I ordered were no longer available. I cancelled the order and will be looking for my candles and skincare elsewhere. There are many good small businesses out there. Until they shift some of their profits from marketing to customer service, I will be shopping elsewhere. I encourage you to do the same!
