7/16/2025~ to ceo of bath & body personnel
seems this complaint has reached deaf ears in past...So i shall try again! since your design change of scented mist 8oz bottles, the sprayer caps are tiny & flimsy making it difficult to pumpout contents to body.

Former sprayers were at least wider at 1/4" high vs those current tiny junky 1/8" caps. One tries to pump in futility until tiny pumper flies off bottle.

The clear wide plastic covers are wasteful to greening of planet. Previous version cover was much smaller sleeving securely over sprayer.

Current bottle is a poor design especially to those handicapped with arthritis having maneuvering difficulty. Broken flimsy sprayer nozzles cause monetary loss to enjoy product scented mist!

secondly, it is ridiculous & cheap tactic in saving printing cost & paper by no longer supplying purchase order sheet within box. Consumer now has to cross reference online. What if one is unfortunate to have access on line?

you can save processing costs by not printing color squares in product boxes. So please revive your spray mist bottle dispensers that spray easily with wider range= one uses more =more sales!
