I ordered this sectional back in November. The first time they delivered it, it was ripped in multiple areas. They had me keep it until they could deliver a new one. The have attempted to deliver this couch going on 4 times and every time it has been ruined. I asked to be compensated for having to wait 3 months so far for undamaged furniture and they agreed to adjust off $50 delivery fee. I think this is a fair compensation for all this trouble. I will never buy furniture from this location again and i will be passing my experience along to family and friends.
