I went into store #81505 located in Laurinburg NC to purchase hand soap. A customer infront of me made a very large purchase of hand soap and hand sanitizers . Customer had coupons for free gifts which I always knew it being one per customer. But the cashier allowed the older woman to use 5 coupons n get 5 free items, . Not my business or concerns. So I go to purchase my hand soap which was on sale for $3 each. I purchased 8 and I gave her a coupon from my email which was still good she claimed she couldn't use it. I presented another one my niece text me n she said it had to scan. But like I explained if I use it online it can't scan I would've to punch in numbers why can'tr u. Well long story short to refuse to and I canceled my purchase. I am starting to think because of. My race she did this because the Caucasian older woman means was met with great Customer service. Mines was done very poorly with an attitude of what can't be done. 5/7/2019 store#81505
