We purchased 2 power rocker recliners on 1/25/20 at Ashley Home store located at 10904 Trinity Parkway in Stockton, CA and were told by the sales representative that if we were dis satisfied with color, size or comfort we could return them . The recliners were delivered on 2/9/20. After about a week every time my wife used the recliner for more than an hour she would get leg cramps. Also I have a history of DVT and the way the foot rest fits my legs it causes swelling of my legs. The comfort level of these two chairs did not compare to the one we sat on in the store. On 2/22/20 we went to the store to speak with the sales rep and found out she was off ill. We then spoke with the Manager who told us (just the week before) they took the ability of him taking the recliners back away from him (sounds fishy to me). We are seeking a return and refund and are willing to pay a modest re-stocking fee for two recliners that are affecting our physical and medical well being.
