Amazing Staff! They all go above and beyond! My business partner and I are a new transportation company, with lots of questions. Shery L and Levy have been amazing assisting us with the entire process and getting our business all set up to be compliant. But even when they weren't available the other representatives: A. Hart, A. Hogander, and Jolene all jumped into to assist without hesitation. The customer service among this USDOT division is outstanding and by far the best we've encountered in a long time. Thank you all so much for your knowledge, assistance, and professional. You made a process we felt would be difficult during this Covid-19 season easy. Thank you all so much for diligently working to assist business owners without hesitation during this time. We appreciate you greatly.

i will have to recommend Jolene at ex 328 ... She was more than patient with me and my lack of computer skills. She walked me through step by step. The whole process was a bit confusing and she was so calm and helpful

Very crafty!
Very crafty! I, like many others, were made to think this was a non-profit organization that was simply collecting government fees. If you had been transparent from the start about what you are doing you you may have turned me into a customer. Instead, you deceived me, I saw through it and I'm writing a negative review as a result. Stupid me for thinking the a government agency would call that quick and be so willing to 'help' me.
