Veterans Guardian is a great company that genuinely cares about helping veterans get the VA compensation they deserve. I was referred to Veterans Guardian by a fellow veteran this fall after I had felt like I had hit a road block with my claims. The entire team that worked with me constantly exhibited compassion and care about my claim. From the initial phone calls and overview chats with John Doe to the follow-up from Jane Smith, the General Medicine Team Lead, after taking the time to review my medical records - all the team went out of their way to ensure I knew what to expect in every step of the VA claims process. With their help in navigating the VA process, Veterans Guardian assisted me in getting my compensation increased. I cannot say enough great things about this team. I will be recommending their services to any veteran who needs it.

My experience overall with Veteran's Guardian was great. The entire process took about 4 months. I had a decision from the VA within a week of my C&P evaluation. My only complaint was not enough staff member support for the C&P eval. I pretty much did my own prep work. I called VG directly when I hadn't heard from anyone after a week of my notifying someone of the date of my C&P eval, which was fast approaching. They had emphasized the importance of this eval and being prepared, so I definitely wanted their help. I was disappointed when calls and emails weren't answered/returned. Their best input came after the eval. Luckily, the VA decision was a positive outcome. Other than that, the process was efficient and overall smooth. Staff were always professional. Definitely nice to have experienced advocates helping you with what would otherwise be a stressful, daunting experience on your own.

I cannot properly articulate my gratitude for the help Veterans Guardian provided with my recent claim. Due to their expertise, my claim was rated at 70% in and of itself. Although VA math is wonky since I already had an 80% disability rating, this raised my overall disability rating to 90% (well 94% but the VA rounds down). Despite this favorable outcome, Veterans Guardian vowed to help me get over the hump to 100%, either through another claim or otherwise.

I give Veterans Guardian a 5 Star rating. They were a tremendous help during this journey. The team members, John Doe, Jane Smith, and Sarah Johnson, were always there and available when and if I needed to ask questions. Always there and ready to help which was comforting and eased my anxiety when I needed it most. They showed interest in questions you had and were happy to help you as they have all been through the same ordeal at one time or another. I do not hesitate recommending Veterans Guardian to any Veteran trying to get a disability rating or get a disability rating increased. Long term was well worth the fee they charge. They have several payment plans to fit your situation, so in my opinion there's no excuse not to give them a try. You have absolutely nothing to lose. If they are unable to get you an increased rating, there is no charge to the veteran. Don't hesitate using them. It sure beats trying to do it directly through the Veterans Administration.

I would highly recommend that every Veteran who has been battling against the faceless, uncaring bureaucracy of the VA's Comp & Pen system, stop right now and contact Veterans Guardian ASAP! They are very friendly, knowledgeable and most of all quick in handling your appeal and getting you the benefits that you have earned. I have been fighting with the VA for TWENTY-FOUR LONG YEARS! I began my new claim with Veterans Guardian around the first part of March, and about 2 weeks ago I got a notification that my rating has finally been raised up to 100%. Now if I could only get the 2 additional back-to-back surgeries that I need to repair my failed spinal fusion from November . Veterans Guardian VA Claim Consulting LLC is an outstanding organization dedicated to helping veterans through the bureaucratic VA disability claim process. They were polite and professional and engaged every step of the way, calling and emailing me multiple times to make sure I was understanding the process and staying on top of required documentation and appointments, not to mention extremely knowledgeable of how the VA works and all the laws and rules that apply to VA disability cases. From the moment the VA claim was filed, to the moment the case was closed, it took approximately 2 months or less, and thanks to Veterans Guardian I just found out today my VA Disability was increased from 50% to 80%.

I could not be happier and I highly recommend them to any veteran who has been put through hoops with the bureaucratic VA disability process, and who has been taken advantage of by other organizations who claim to be able to help veterans with their claims, but fall short due to proper knowledge. Before I called Veterans Guardian, I was very hesitant to get a lawyer to help with my VA disability claims. I had been working on my claims with the VA for about 6 yrs and wasn't getting very far. I wasn't sure if getting a lawyer was worth what I would have to pay. From the beginning Veterans Guardian was extremely informative, honest, and straight forward. The representative I spoke with laid it all out for me, how the process went, and what it would cost. I didn't ever feel like I was being sold on anything. A lot of the staff are veterans themselves so I felt much more comfortable speaking to them about my disabilities. So far 1 of 3 of my claims have gone through in only a few months from when it was submitted and I received a 20% increase. Veterans Guardian did not disappoint. The team members John Smith, Jane Doe, and Mark Johnson have all been super helpful, respectful, and outgoing during this process and I can't thank them enough. Anyone who has attempted to claim benefits on their own knows this is an extremely difficult and stressful process, but VG made it seem easy. Veterans Guardian in my opinion has the perfect name, they are true guardians of the veteran. Since I retired in 2004 after 24 years & 7 month, I had wasted years and years of fighting with the VA for my service connected disabilities. It was always a "NOPE" you don't rate a disability from the government. The federal government makes it so hard and frustrating all I wanted to do is forget the effort and not even try to submit my physical and psychological ailments any more; so I gave up completely in 2006. In 2019 a friend and fellow veteran I talked with gave me a contact number and with much reservation about more negative decisions for outcomes and with my wife's instance I made the called. Veterans Guardian interviewed me about my military history and injuries over the phone, they walked through the paperwork process and within two months after my paperwork submission my disability was approved with a lifetime compensation. If your a Vet getting nothing but grief from the VA about your service connected disabilities this if the organization you need to call as soon as possible. They have a consulting fee, but it is from money that you never would have received anyway, and if you get denied after consulting with them it cost nothing. Thank you Veterans Guardian

Fellow Vets, I can't say enough good things about Veterans Guardian. I'm a veteran and have been retired for over 18 years, I've been rated at 90% and have been fighting the VA red tape for years trying to get it increased to where it should be. A former vet and very close friend of mine highly recommended Veterans Guardian, and from start to finish in less than two months I received a VA rating of 100% permanent and total. From the very first person I spoke with, to the last, each and everyone of them were very knowledgeable, professional, polite, respectful, and very helpful, they were all either former veterans or spouses of veterans so they know the struggles we go through with the VA. Veterans Guardian walked me through each and every step, provided any assistance needed, and were very responsive to any and all correspondence. I had considered using other companies or options to submit my claim, but they all wanted me to do a majority of the leg work, which I felt was very daunting, and not worth the fees they charged for their services. So, the whole VA benefits claim process is mysterious and complicated, fraught with rumor, guesswork, and uncertainty. How many friends did you talk with before venturing forward to submit a claim? What do I claim? What don't I claim? From the very first phone call with VG, they took charge of the process, explained everything to my satisfaction, and guided me through the WHOLE process...absolutely amazing! They know EXACTLY what to do, when to do it, and reassure you during the entire process. What more could you ask for? Do not delay in submitting your claim! Use VG. Fantastic! You get what you pay for...in most cases, you don't pay to submit a claim...you get some person recommended to you by a friend to go through your medical record, then submit a claim. You get your rating, then it's overno follow-up, no second effort. The fee they charge is money you were not getting anyway...but you'll now have a rating for the rest of your life that you'll feel was achieved by the very best effort...so, so worth that small investment - you get what you pay for! Call them TODAY!

I started working with Veterans Guardian around December because I believed they were here to help veterans through the process of filing a claim. I signed the contract to work with them at a fee of 5 times my upgrade which at first I didn't mind until they didn't contribute to the success of my claim. All Veterans Guardian did was fill out my paperwork and send it to me to file. They also arranged a psychologist to contact me and write a bogus report on my condition. I paid him around $275. After submitting all documents, I was given a C&P examination date. Veterans Guardian did have a representative contact me to do a "mock" exam. Complete waste of money. The C&P doctor read the name of the psychologist and knew I paid him to do an evaluation. The C&P exam was terrible. The doctor completely disagreed with him and suggested I have strong symptoms of PTSD! Nothing compared to what the psychologist said. I called Veterans Guardian after my C&P exam results were printed to tell them it was bad. I also told them the VA wants supporting evidence. I heard nothing from them for nearly 4-5 days, no email, no call, nothing. During that time, I submitted the evidence telling my story and supporting statements. THAT AND ONLY THAT got me my new percentage! They did not contribute to my upgrade! Now they want nearly $4000 for filling out paperwork and highlighting where to sign? Absolutely not! I will gladly go to court if necessary! This service is illegal and not accredited by the VA. I had to find out after! I will not pay another dime. Get it from the psychologist...

Veterans Guardian was able to accomplish in three months what the U.S. Government, the VA, and even those organizations who claim to represent Veterans could not do in 20 years. It is sad that the U.S. Government, the VA, and even those organizations who claim to represent Veterans continue to fail our Vets and their families. These supposed veterans advocates will tell you that companies like Veterans Guardian are stealing your money because it doesn't cost a single penny to file your claim and gather your documentation. None, not one of these organizations did anything in 20 years but open a claim for me and then tell me to go gather evidence and let me flounder through the system for years, not knowing what to do next or even who to talk to. Veterans Guardian has figured out the system and has bypassed the bureaucratic paper nightmare with a step by step process that keeps you actively informed and aware of what you are doing at each step and the possible outcomes. They thoroughly explain what to do next and help you prepare mentally and keep you on schedule so that you don't get ambushed by a missed administrative deadline. You are never left wondering if you did everything the correct way or not. If Veterans Guardian helps you file your claim and you are denied, YOU OWE THEM NOTHING, ZERO $, not a penny. I can't speak for any of the other companies who ask for money to help you file, but I can say that I am happy to pay Veterans Guardian for the peace of mind and finally bringing an end to the 20-year nightmare that the VA has inflicted on me and my family. This is not a paid endorsement and I was not rated at 100%, but at least I was able to establish the facts of my service-connected disability and that's all I ever asked for.

I used Veterans Guardian after finding info on their website about them. Yes it costs you 5x the percentage you gain for your claim upgrade. I was at 50% reduced from 70% because the VA said my back was getting better which it total BS. Veterans Guardian was able to get me up to 90% from 50% which is a 40% increase in benefits. I ended up taking the cash option which was 10% cheaper instead of payments but it still was almost $6000. Luckily i just did my taxes so paid their fee with that. I think their rate is a bit high after going through the process. I understand that your paying for their knowledge of the VA system which is why I got from 50% to 90% in under 3 months. I also had to pay $300 out of pocket for a phycologist to review my case. Before doing all this I did try a few VSO's but it seems like the days of the organizations actually helping veterans through this process is over. I had many denials for paperwork that was mishandled , not filled out at all or simply no communication. This process works, works fast, and this firm seems to know the system very well. I just feel the fee is a bit high which is why I gave 4 out of 5 stars instead of 5. I don't think that much effort was used in my case to justify almost $6000 but I think 4 stars is a fair rating because this service is needed because the free ones just don't cut it in my experience.
I've also done my research on this firm, they apparently have trouble keeping their employees due to mistreatment. Neither of the ladies that helped me on my case are there anymore and they seemed like very respectable and professional women. I have this to say to Veterans Guardian. Thank you for your service and thank you for helping me on my case but please treat your employees as you would want to be treated. At the end of the day people just want to be treated with respect and feel appreciated. If you cannot achieve this you may last for a while but firm will eventually fail. Good luck an god bless!

They are charging me over $6000 for getting me a 100% disability rating from the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and will not provide contact with those details in their records, as well as a slew of other things. I had used this company back in 2019 because I already had been working with the Disabled American Veterans (DAV) for help. They helped me get a 90% disability rating, and the DAV got me the extra 10%. However, as of 01/01, my disability rating was reduced back down to 90%. As of 1 Oct 2020, based on an email I received today, my disability rating is now at 100%. However, I didn't sign a new agreement with this company, and when I tried to pull the old contract, it stated "voided" on the DOCUSIGN website. I spoke with a representative and her team lead. The team lead was very rude and nasty and, in his own admission, stated that Veterans Guardian should not have worked with me originally since I had been working with the DAV. He tried to blame me for something that they already knew because most of my VA paperwork has DAV listed as my representatives. Here it is now, that I owe Veterans Guardian $6270.00 for new services, and this was never mentioned to me when I reached out to them. I have not signed a new contract with them, nor would they provide me the contract with my signature stating the rules and regulations of working with them. We are in a pandemic, and they weren't trying to be flexible. They keep saying they understand, but yet expect a person to pay 400-600 payments or more. To me, that is sad, and the team lead tried to say I was getting over on them. Well, with his own admission, I was a client for life who got a reduction, and that $1200+ I originally paid to this company was supposed to assist with this now 100% disability rating I received.
