mr allen was on time and did a good job checkin out the house. his report was easy to read and helped me figure out what stuff needed fixin right away and what stuff could wait. the pitchers he included were also helpful. i think he did a good job and i would tell other people to use him for their inspections.

I had a bad experience with Allen Professional Services. They missed a lot of problems with my new home like a leaky roof, water damage, a broken toilet tank, and bad windows. They even missed some insulation that was pulled out of the attic! I called them right after I moved in to show them the damage, and they said they would fix it. They even offered to buy back my home or file a claim with their insurance. But then their insurance denied the claim and they didn't do anything to fix the problems. I was really disappointed and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
