I was told I need more hours of home care by Oresta Borodevic PA. Then I was told to contact Metro Plus Ultra Care the next day after 12 pm I contacted Metro Plus and they said no communication was received from Urban Health regarding this. I called UHP. They said a case manager will call with in 48 hours. No case manager even called. This all happened in June.

A woman by the name of Denise ,Shalyn and another one who hung up after I asked her name. ALL keep pushing tomake me an appointment. I called ave pressed "6" that's to do whatever else not for appointments.Iasked to file acomplaint.Immediatly all of these woman told me hold on and never returned to the call. They mess up appointments and over book.A few times
the doctor wasn't even in the building or scheduled to be in but so they gave me an appointment anyway. They lie and say things like the doctor is on vacation while I'm in the office of that same doctor with him facing him. This has to stop.I don't love in the borough.I travel far so I can see the same doctors I have and often times it's one mistake after another. Why? Why can't you file complaint over the phone with the woman they barely want to say they're names over the phone. IM disappointed in the service and will not be recommending this place to anybody I know. Its a shame. The wort service.
Desired outcome: Some one reads this a trains the phone operator and better ways to communicate with doctors if you have to leave a message.

The name is Urban Health Center, Inc. / St. Lawrence Avenue. 1764 Westchester Avenue, Bronx, New York City, 10472, telephone, # [protected]. On Monday, December 18, 2017, this is my first time to be in the center. I return the next day, (today, Tuesday, December 19, 2017.) I was arrive at 9:30 am. I was their for my labs. I am their all the day. Until, I was called on 11:30 am when they called me. their is a lot of nurses they were calling a lot of people then me. that really came. I was really disappointment that I was last one to be call. I wanted to make an scene. but, I have to hold my nervous. Even, the doctor that took care, yesterday. Her name is Mrs Lucia Jimenez-Morales. She didn't nothing. She knew I was there. I don't other staff that is was charge they didn't care. They be talking other people. I will keep on complaint all the time.
