UPS Missing box

The post office between benton, Louisiana and thermopolis, wyoming. I recently mailed out two boxes to my mother containing baby items for my sisters little newborn baby girl, including new items and some of my son's outgrown items also family heirlooms. It was in a 10 gallon aquarium box filled with 20 pounds of baby items. One box made it there days later and the 14th of April. They were mailed out on April 11th. To this date the other box is still missing. I have contacted both mail recovery centers and been told there is no record of this box. I have contacted the postal inspector, the postmaster here in benton and the inspector general with no luck. No one seems to care that this box is nowhere to be found. My only thought is that it has been stolen, as it is not where it should be at my mothers house nor is it in the mail recovery center where I was told undeliverable mail would go. I have contacted everyone and with no luck. So be warned if you want your package to make it to wherever make sure you insure it or mail it UPS. Dont trust the post office. They don't care.

I shipped a package worth $2400.00 3 day select on 2/18/2025. I clicked signature required. It was left on at the door of the recipient. This is the 5th time that this has happened. I will not be using UPS anymore. Here is the tracking number

Tracking says package delivered. It wasn't. The proof of delivery, a photo, shows someone else's yard. Not mine. Had a hell of a time getting past an automated voice "help". Spoke with reps (plural). They would not own their error and insisted that I had to track back to the shipper for re-imbursement. Horrible experience.

92748903031602543400333256 tracking number. tracking info indicates pkg has left fife, wa 7 days ago en route to usps?, a distance of 100 miles to my residence. my delivery date is extended daily. where is my package?

One package transferred to the postal service, but they are still waiting on the package. UPS has not delivered it yet, tracking number shows USPS waiting on package. UPS has horrible service, it takes way longer to deliver from this company, if you get it; they will dump your package at the post office.

It used to follow the shipments across the nation, now it is totally worthless. Now it shows shipped. That's it, until delivered. UPS employees got a raise and the customers got the shaft.

paid for 2 day delivery, package is 5 minutes from my house and they change delivery to the next day, 3 day not 2 day. Impossible to get a human on the phone. I WILL NEVER PAY FOR UPS SHIPPING AGAIN!

I was supposed to have a delivery today so last night I set instructions to have it delivered to the front door of my appartment building and it wa a not delivered and I want to know why. Package tracking #1Z20F7420313370054

I hv lost my 2 package in different dates and countries thru UPS ,

I hv complain more then 10 times to UPS , No one is listening and responding.

have 4 tires for pick up date 7/24/2023 by 7pm did not happen
