Unlimited Appliance Parts – Unprofessional company/ scam

I am the service manager to a HVAC and plumbing company and had ordered a shoer tub kit from theses guys and had received a broken part. Been emailing this company for months now since may of 2025. All they do is give us the run around and tell us the claim is under review. i believe this company is a complete scam. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY! waste of your time and money.
