This company operates high pressure sales techniques, keeping me on the phone for over an hour to get me to sign up to their so called SEO. T&C's are only available once you have paid up, they do not do what they say they will until you ask for your money back (or if you try to cancel straight away they suddenly did the work the second you placed the order!) and then tell you that they don't give refunds, nor is a cooling off period allowed.

Their telephone and ISP broadband service is useless and again they do not give refunds...A business package where my BB was down for over 2 weeks and then intermittent ever since has been justified by them saying that they don't guarantee to give coverage at the time!!

Everything is done over the phone including the hassling you to sign up again when you do finally get out of the contract and they will charge you extortionate amounts to move your domains that you transferred to a company call Heart back out again!!!
