I just signed on with BizIQ to update my listings with Google, Bing,& CityWide so I don't have an experience yet but so far their approach has been very professional. We'll follow up at a later date.

Rude, unprofessional, condescending. A representative claiming to be from Biz IQ called me and wanted to ask me questions about my company so he could "fix" our online listing. I wanted more information, and instead of answering my first several questions he asked more of his own. Finally I was able to ask who is paying for his service he responded in a loud voice "good luck man" and hung up.

I have been with BizIQ for many years. I have enjoyed working with all of them. Everyone is always very helpful. They have helped bring a lot of customers to my business. I’m now starting a social media campaign with them, I know it will help with Facebook like it has with Google Maps, my website and other platforms. I am an attorney and my "Google My Business" listing was hijacked, reviews and all. My office totally disappeared from Google Maps. I tried unsuccessfully to figure out how to reclaim my listing. Michael S of BizIQ not only was able to reclaim my listing but also retrieved my reviews. Now I am receiving new client calls again. Everyone that I spoke to at BizIQ was friendly and very professional.

I have been with BizIQ for over 2 years. We perform law enforcement towing. I don't need marketing ideas but Biz IQ is helping us get owner requested tows also. Most times we are already busy with law enforcement tows but slow times they help. The rep I have is excellent and helps me understand what works and what doesn't and takes his time to explain the complexities of having a web site. I highly recommend them for setting up and monitoring a web site.

After weeks of discussions decided to hire biziq service with promises of professional, quality, knowledgeable service for my plumbing company...lol, and what i received was the exact opposite unprofessional, unqualified, unknowledgeable service and this experience made me QUESTION their REVIEWS which played a major role in choosing them. I would not trust them to market my niece's lemonade stand. Need marketing do not waste your time with them. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
