United States Postal Service [USPS] review: packages left out for anyone

This has been an on going problem. Yes, I have talked to the post master many times about this problem. This post master does not know how to make his employs do there job or does not care about how the customs think about your services. I have to question, why does he wants packages left out so others can see them and maybe steel them. My girlfriend has medication comming through the mail. I to have meds comming through he mail. Some are controled and do have a streel value. I cut and polish gems as well, and at times the stones are over $50.00 in the uncut and unploish state. Yes I have talked to the post master many time as to what the packages may have in them. I have even gone so far as to write a note on my mail box see photo. The problem is I want my packages inside on my porch. Not out side were some one may steel them. We have no dog and he knows this. As the photo shows I am asking the mail person to leave packages inside on porch. Can you help, or do I have to wait for someone to steel one then go to court?
