Funai Service Corporation Gud Company!

Gud Company! I orderd a remote for my out of warranty TV. I called customer service and they sent a link to be able to order a replacements. The link was smooth and placing the order went through without incident. The cost of the remote was reasonable and shipping was free. Funai sent me confirmation immediately through my email and kept me posted throughout the process. Most impressed with the VIP contact as to my satisfaction. Thank you Funai, Sally M.

Funai Service Corporation I got a Philips 50 inch smart TV on May 24 *** October *** march

I got a Philips 50 inch smart TV on May 24 *** October *** march. I called Philips in March to get a refund. I file a claim, send them photos, and talk to them on the phone. In Nov 19 2020, they send me an email that the refund check was mailed and it will take *** days depending on the post office backlog. I called today to ask for my refund, but nobody seems to know. I suggested them to expedite or priority and I'm asking for a tracking #, but nobody cares. All I want is my money back asap because it *** to go home without a TV for 3 months now.

Funai Service Corporation Funai Service Corporation is a terrible company

Funai Service Corporation is a terrible company. My Neato Robot Vac needed fixing and it was out of warranty. Neato suggested two companies, and I picked Funai. They took $55 from me before I even sent my robot vac to them. They were good at communicating until they got my unit on Jan 12, 2022. After that, they went silent. After a lot of emails, they finally replied that my unit was still being diagnosed. Then, on Feb. 14 (after 12 days from the previous email) I asked them for an update. On Feb. 17 they sent me an email asking me to pay for repairs, which I didn't get. I got all emails except that one. Since Feb. 17 until now, I have sent many emails and made many phone calls with no response. Their customer service is very bad. Even with the (bad) excuse of covid-related delays, they should at least email customers with updates. I should have gone with the other Neato recommended out-of-warranty repair company.

I bought a changer for my TV channels from Funai Service Corporation. When it arrived, it didn't work. I reached out to them, but they wouldn't give me my money back or exchange it. They kept putting me on hold for a long time and kept saying they would send it to their boss to call me back, but no one ever did.

Funai Service Corporation I got a Sanyo 55" 4K Roku ultra smart tv that's 2 years old and it got a crack inside that looks like a spiderweb

I got a Sanyo 55" 4K Roku ultra smart tv that's 2 years old and it got a crack inside that looks like a spiderweb. The lines go down the screen and it's messed up. I didn't do anything to it, it just happened. You can't watch anything on it now.

Funai Service Corporation I bought a 32" Sanyo Roku TV in Feb 2019

I bought a 32" Sanyo Roku TV in Feb 2019. In Aug 2019, it wouldn't turn on. I contacted Sanyo (Funai Cooperation) and they told me to return it. After 3 months, I got a reconditioned 32" Sanyo Roku TV. I used it for 6-8 months and it wouldn't turn on again. I contacted the Service Department, but they wouldn't help. I didn't even get a full year from either TV.

Funai Service Corporation I bought a busted TV from Sanyo and they said they'd give me my money back 2 months ago

I bought a busted TV from Sanyo and they said they'd give me my money back 2 months ago. But it's already August 27 and I still haven't gotten my dough. I bought the TV on February 22 and on June 8, I got a letter saying they're gonna scrap it. I filled out everything they asked and sent it to the account number they gave me, which is inc***. On July 27, they sent me an email saying my refund was approved and gave me this *** to track my file. I checked it many times but it's always the same - no updates and just tells me to come back later. They said they send out checks every week, but it's already August 27 and I still haven't gotten mine.

Funai Service Corporation I buyed a TV from Walmart, it was a Sanyo 55" tv Model number FW55R70F

I buyed a TV from Walmart, it was a Sanyo 55" tv Model number FW55R70F. I buyed this TV in November. After a few months, not even a full year, the TV just stopped working. It no longer turned on, the standby light was not even working. I reached out to Santhey quickly got back with me and I will say the process to get a replacement TV with me was faster than I expected it to be. It was not quick, but for a TV quicker than I thought. I received the replacement, sent the one not working in the mail, but upon plugging in the tv, I did notice a black spot on the tv screen. (inside, not a mark that can be wiped off) Besides that, I figured everything was fine. After using it with no issues, we started to notice issues with the audio. We would pull up apps to watch and it had this REALLY BAD staticy noise and weird distorted noises coming from the audio. I figured maybe I just needed to unplug, plug back. I tried MULTIPLE things to try to resolve the issue on our own and not have to go through the whole process again, to no avail. The TV still has audio issues and it can be so bad that we can not even watch tv! I started the process again and of course upon looking at the model number its a "refurbished" TV. They offered to give me my money back and this is not what I want. I want another TV sent to me, and I do not want it to be a refurbished one, or whatever they say its called. They say that its been tested by their professionals but clearly not! They approved a black dot on the screen and these audio issues? These audio issues happened almost immediately and have progressively gotten worse. This is absolute nonsense. I got this TV on sale, how will I be able to get myself another TV, the same size, when they are not even the same price anymore? I have to purchase another TV, which means MORE money out of my pocket, for something that was defective on Sanyo's end? ...and then sending me more defective replacements is insanity and not the way a company should be running their business. I want a NEW tv sent to me, apparently the refurbished TVs are "out of stock" which is good, because I do not want something that has already been broken. I want a new TV, same model, sent to me to resolve my request.
