I signed up for dental insurance like a month ago for $79.99 a year. I tried calling a bunch of times in the past few weeks to cancel, but they won't let me. I wanna cancel my insurance and any appointments I might have. This is illegal and not professional. Please fix ComplaintsBoard.com. Thanks.

Me and my hubby went to this place cause we found a Groupon deal for cleaning and a night guard. We got our teeth cleaned and they measured us for the night guard. We made an appointment to come back in two weeks. When we went back in July, the staff was all different from before. The boss lady came out and tried to talk us into getting more stuff done. We weren't sure about it, but she said we could leave a deposit and get our money back if we changed our minds. We paid $20 each, so $40 total. After reading some bad reviews, we decided not to go through with it. We called them like 30 times in a month, but their voicemail was full so we couldn't leave a message. Finally, on September 21st, we drove over to their office. The staff was all new again. We talked to this person named Jovey and she made us fill out a form for a refund. It's been a whole month and we still haven't gotten our money back.
