I received a billing in November and when I went to pay it, they had added about $4 to my billing statement. When I asked why they told me that charges from October had just posted and were therefore added to my bill. (That was the short version of a very long and complicated conversation) I decided to get it over with and paid. I have not driven on the toll road since.
I then get another bill in FEBRUARY for about $4. When I called to ask about this bill as I have not used the toll road. They told me that the charges from October had JUST POSTED and that I had to pay or they would send it to a collection agency.

I live in SC and am receiving bills from TXTag, what sense does that make? I live here in SC, you know, the address where you’re sending these fraudulent bills, but somehow my car is 1200 miles from my home racking up toll charges? No license plate listed, no photo evidence, just BS bills every. single. month. This is an absolute scam.

Im being sent toll’s $30 each for tolls I never crossed. The bill didn’t even have a picture of my car like everyone else gets. They have been doing this for two years! Two of the dates are physically impossible because was in The woodlands with my mom driving her car while she was getting her boobjob by Dr Thomas McHuge! The toll was in Austin! I have my maps avoid tolls because im not paying to dive on a road. Its our constitutional right to free travel! Called them and phones message saying they wasn’t taking any calls or messages for two weeks. I go online and the rep freaking closed the chat on me. Call a couple more times finally to speak with a lady who fed me lies and I ASKED FOR PHOTOS OF MY CAR GOING THROUGH THE TOLLS AND SHE SAID I WILL RECEIVE THEM IN A FEW DAYS. Its two weeks later and i received nothing. Now im in collections. This is $2,000 in debt on top of my low credit it caused. My credit was decent before this. Im about to hire an attorney and make them pay every thing off including court fees and my attorney plus interest like they do to us. GAS IS HIGH ENOUGH AND WHY ARE WE PAYING TO DRIVE ON ROADS WE PAY FOR WITH OUT TAXES? And SHOW ME A TOLL IN TEXAS THAT IS $30

08/02/19 received a TxTag bill for using a toll road in Houston on 06/08. I don't HAVE a TxTag account and I live in El Paso. I work until 6pm so I don't think there is any way I used a toll road at 10:30am the next morning!

I'm getting charge on a scooter I just purchased for a toll road in Houston I've never been to Houston especially on a scooter. I have 35 new miles on the scooter and I'm over 5 hours away from Houston. wow they are just billing people by pulling plate numbers. If you respond to them they add more charges. I'm going to the news station there is a big fraud going on with this company.

This group is the most corrupt organization in recent times. There needs to be a serious investigation into their corrupt policies and procedures
