Agape Luxury Corp is the worst car service ever. I would not recommend it to anyone, not even my worst enemy. My mom was left at the oncology office for four hours on 9/14. The people who work there are cruel, nasty, and big liars. I strongly advise against using this service.

Agape Luxury Corp is a real mess. They messed up my schedule and made me miss an important appointment. I was supposed to be picked up at 9:00 am, but they didn't even bother to respond until 10:30. It was a complete disaster.
I gotta say, it's like pulling teeth to get any help from this company
I gotta say, it's like pulling teeth to get any help from this company. The customer service line is a joke - half the time they don't even pick up, and when they do, they're not exactly friendly. And get this - they claim they don't have a manager or supervisor on duty until after 4 PM. What kind of nonsense is that? But hey, credit where credit's due - their drivers are top-notch. It's just a shame that dealing with the "base" is such a headache.

I'm a patient with lots of health issues, not to mention two bad knees. This company picks me up for my doctor's appointments and takes me home due to my health issues. They picked me up and took me to my appointment, but when I was ready to go home, it took them 60 minutes just to answer the call for pickup. Not to mention, it was 6 hours of me standing there in pain, and no one ever picked me up. I had to call my sister for her to send me a cab after waiting 6 hours, and still, they didn't show up. My sister called three times and was told they were looking for someone to pick me up. They didn't find a driver until 8:45 last night, which means that if my sister would have had me picked up, I would have been there all night. Supposedly, my pickup was at 3:15. That is deplorable business and very bad for sickly patients. Therefore, I want to file a report for bad service and business. They should not be doing business when they cannot comply with sick patients or anyone for that matter.
