My father in law has been paying a lot of money for insurance and roadside help from Dominion Automobile Association Ltd

My father in law has been paying a lot of money for insurance and roadside help from Dominion Automobile Association Ltd. for years. We had better coverage for less money with another company. We asked for paperwork on the insurance he was paying for, but they couldn't give us any. We talked to the manager, but he couldn't tell us what insurances my father in law was paying for or where the policies were taken out. We asked for a copy of the insurances, but we never got them. We called many times, but nothing happened. We think it's fraudulent and that there were no insurance policies. His membership was very minimal for being a customer for decades. We called some of the companies they said were affiliated with Dominion Automobile Association Ltd. for the insurance, but there were no policies or any trace of him even in the system, and some were not even in business. His membership number is *** and he was a member since 1982 January 25th. We can't wait any longer for the proof we asked for, so we are contacting the ComplaintsBoard.com. He is an 87-year-old and we think he has been frauded. If you can help, please contact us at *** or ***. Thanks.
