I have a paid subscription for Thursday, Sunday delivery, and I have not had a paper delivered since 09/11/2025. I contacted their customer service each time and each time I am told that the problem will be taken care of and that a replacement paper will be delivered. I have never received a replacement paper and so far nothing has been done. I have talked with so called supervisors in their Customer Service and have been assured that they are aware of my complaint and that an investigation has been opened.
Desired outcome: I want my paper delivered, plain and simple.
