Initially I booked two tickets from Chennai to Amsterdam on Etihad and I had to reschedule the flight. Not only did they charge me double the price, but also did not refund the initial price though I rescheduled through them and chose the same airline, Etihad. I tried to find customer support email to write to them, but they have removed it - either you chat with AI or try calling some number which doesn't work. Extremely bad policy and work ethics. Very unprofessional, will never ever use their services.

Claimed loss: 425e

Desired outcome: Refund the ticket amount for initial ticket.
