I received email from Trip.com that my flight 5 days later is cancelled. When I call to the airline directly to confirm, the flight is actually still on schedule. In addition, they cancelled and refunded my booking without my acknowledgement. This is completely ridiculous and unacceptable.

I will believe that the agent (I.e Trip.com) has accepted too many bookings that they can't deliver, and hence they send out fake emails to their customers that the flight has been cancelled. This is totally a scam company and totally ruined the reputation of Skyscanner. Will never use Skyscanner again as they did not assess reliable vendors to the website!
