Triad fitness I want to share my frustrating experience regarding the cancellation of my membership

I want to share my frustrating experience regarding the cancellation of my membership. On April 1st, I personally went to the facility to cancel my membership since I had relocated to another state. The staff member who assisted me assured me that they would handle the cancellation and that I would no longer be charged. They confirmed that my membership was successfully cancelled. However, to my dismay, I have been continuously charged for a membership in a state where I no longer reside. This is highly inconvenient and I urgently request that my membership be cancelled immediately, with no further charges to my credit card.
