 
            
        
                
        Tried for 2 weeks to book with the Sunwing discount. Kept being told the Travelsmart rep was not able to access the Sunwing website as it was down. Missed out on 4 wanted vacations during that time. 
Finally booked direct with Sunwing on Feb 14/24, told him I was a Travelsmart member and could he help with my discount. Didn’t know what I was talking about.
also the Travelsmart rep I talked with did not offer to do a 3 way call with Sunwing to helpe either,
I sent an email to TS regarding this and asking for their assistance in getting me the discount. They said I could book through their website and pay for the rooms with the US $ and book my own flights. Why would I do that when it would cost way more money? I have since sent 3 more emails to TS asking for them to help and acknowledge their neglect of our contract and they are not responding to me, ignoring me completely . Their “access “ to the Sunwing website has been “down” for over 8-9 weeks now. Complete breach of contract for all Canadians. I looking into filing a lawsuit against them.
Claimed loss: We lost approx $350 per person and there was 4 of us and we paid for Diamond Club which should’ve been included.
Desired outcome: We want our money that is owed to us

OMG I've been calling for over 2 week and have been given the run around too. We are also TS members and really don't understand why we pay our yearly dues if we cannot access the member discounts. TS needs to get their act together. Otherwise, they will have a class lawsuit on their hands!
