Like many others, we have been duped into signing this contract. We signed up in July 2016, for a 15 year period, we paid over USD 40k. We had monthly payments and annual payments, all paid on time. Now we have paid off the amount, so the only amount we are paying now is the yearly fee which has been increasing yearly. Trust me those who still have payments stop paying them. They will continue finding ways to rip you off after your contract is fully paid like in our case. They accused us of not paying for our last trip fully, and wanted more money. When we fought it they cancelled our membership (now they can since we paid them in full, double standard right? We are no longer locked in this contract?). Not only that, they canceled our January 2024 trip and they didn’t refund us. Since we booked the trip this year we had to pay the 2024 annual fee. They didn’t refund us the 2024 annual fee either. We still have 11 years left in our contract, and they just cancelled without prior notice, and without refunding us the money or penalties for getting out of the contract. We have been completely robbed off of our money (40k down the drain, you know how many vacations we could have done with that money and the annual fees in 6 years?). And how can they sleep the night when they just cancel a trip without refunding us the money? What can I do to get our money back? My husband is contacting a lawyer, and wants to sue them for stealing our money. Can this be done from the USA?

Desired outcome: Full refund of upcoming trip, annual fee, and remaining contract.
