Map Destinations were recently advertising great discounts on various trips around the world. I found an offer that perfectly suited my summer vacation plan and paid them $500 as a deposit in order to secure that booking. Think is that they’ve never got any tickets for me and already past the date when I was scheduled to leave they refused to give me my money back without any explanations.

We have a written contract from the time of purchase that states a contractual agreement for rebates on cruises that had been booked. The company has not followed through with the matter and is impossible to contact or receive answers to messages left. Their physical address is only a post office box in Kirkland.
