We have a written contract from the time of purchase that states a contractual agreement for rebates on cruises that had been booked. The company has not followed through with the matter and is impossible to contact or receive answers to messages left. Their physical address is only a post office box in Kirkland. We would appreciate any help you can provide with this matter.
