This website is supposed to be the suisse representative office, but neither the company is listed in any business register and also the property manager does not seem to know such a company. Only the phone number provided is correct, because it is a call-forwarding number.

www.groupealliancesuisse.ch
Holder of domain name:
GROUPE ALLIANCE SUISSE

The following website targets to english spoken clients:

Customers beware: I bought a policy from them when it was offered at Vallarta Gardens; they told me is was real.
I then tried to reach them to change some of my information and got no response. That was in May 2015. This past Friday May 4, 2018 I tried to e-mail and the e-mail came back because it was not deliverable.
I live on social security so I do not have money to waste. I am going to call the BBB and notify them of this problem.
I will never again buy timeshare properties. Vallarta Gardens should be held responsible for this company. Doing business with places in Mexico has its problems. So think before you give your money away.
