I have tried to book the hotel room and each time, when I proceeded to pay some third company Travelscape LLC stepped in. They slowed down the process and the payment was taken, but the reservation was cancelled. I emailed the company and explained my problems, but no one responded. I think that these two companies have worked together and they both got my money and I was left with nothing.

Cafe Mirage at the Kalahari resort has a very inefficient and inaccurate method of preparing food and delivering to paint customers. We ordered food at 10:48 pm and got our food at 11:55 pm because chefs were cooking food out of order, servers were giving out food without checking receipts and overall the management did not staff properly or operated the business properly.
