Tour&Travel EIRL review: Don't buy travel packages. Waste of money 1

We paid for the travel packages to Tour&Travel EIRL, CHILEviajes ltda., Joaquín Tous, Bárbara Espinoza, Amanda Tous. Guys, it’s real rip off. We wired money for the package, which included the hotel, entertainment and etc. When we arrived to the hotel, we found out that the room wasn’t large and we asked the receptionist about it, but he assured us that they provided the right room. We didn’t have any entertainment and when we tried to contact the rep from this company, his phone was switched off all the time.
