Extremely unhappy and disappointed with the service! I ordered a device on August 18, and almost a month later, I have received nothing! I was given a Colissimo tracking number... which indicates that Colissimo, in France, has never received a package, has not taken charge of a package. I paid almost 190 euros for this product, and I got nothing, it's shameful, for a first experience on this site! If I do not have a replacement product shipped quickly, I file a complaint at the police station where I reside in France as well as a complaint in Spain, for fraud, with the police in Celrà, in Girona. I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience with Smashinn. I placed an order for a Hurricane Padel Racket, Order number: [protected] on 11th of April 2023, and the package was apparently lost in transit. Despite reaching out to customer service numerous times, I received unhelpful responses and no resolution. They keep telling me that they investigating.
I am increasingly inclined to believe that this website may not be legitimate and could potentially be a fraudulent operation.

TradeInn is not a good place to shop, in my opinion. I live in the US and I found their website, which had prices in USD. I decided to buy a pair of Nike pants on November 6th, 2022. The website said that I would receive my package between November 10th and 15th, 2022. However, I was surprised to find out that my package was sent from Spain. I was also disappointed to see that my package did not move at all from November 9th until November 29th. I finally received my package on December 2nd. I think it is unacceptable that TradeInn did not disclose that they are not based in the US. I also think it is not fair that the package gets stuck in customs for anywhere from 15-60 days. This means that TradeInn is aware that they cannot deliver packages on the dates they provide on their website when ordering.
Now, I am trying to return my item because I bought the pants from a different website in the meantime. However, I was surprised to see that TradeInn is asking for $35 for a return label. This is because the pants are being sent back to Spain. I think this is a scam of a company and I would not recommend shopping with them.

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with TradeInn. I ordered some wheels way back on April 23rd, and they shipped out the next day. The estimated delivery date was supposed to be May 5th-8th, but it's now July 24th and I still haven't received my product. Yeah, you read that right, it's been three whole months.
Now, I get that COVID has been causing some shipping delays, but come on. When I've reached out to TradeInn about it, all they say is sorry, we can't control shipping timing during COVID. But here's the thing - shipping delays were already happening a month before I even placed my order. So why didn't they adjust their estimated shipping times accordingly?
To make matters worse, when I look at the same product now, it says the estimated shipping time to my address is only 2-3 weeks. So why is it taking me three months and counting? It feels like they're being really deceptive.
I finally decided to contact USPS to see if they could help me out. They suggested I file an inquiry, but apparently international shipping law says that the shipper (aka TradeInn) should also file an inquiry. When I asked them to do that, they just said they were in touch with USPS to make sure my package arrived. That's not really the same thing, is it?
After three months of waiting, I've finally had enough. I filed a dispute of payment with my credit card company. It's a shame, because I was really excited about these wheels. But at this point, I'm convinced that TradeInn is a total scam.

I recently made a purchase on TradeInn for a suitcase as I found out last minute that I needed to move out of the country. I placed my order on May 6th and was advised that I would receive it in the UK on the 10th. However, as I write this review, it still hasn't arrived.
I have contacted every courier service affiliated with the tracking numbers listed, but each one of them keeps sending me back to TradeInn to contact the courier in Spain. Unfortunately, TradeInn has been extremely unhelpful and condescending, refusing to contact the courier themselves.
To make matters worse, I stumbled upon employee reviews where one of their employees admitted to being told to lie to customers. This has left me feeling like I may have just lost a lot of money that I cannot afford to lose.
As I continued to browse their site, I noticed that every random and very stupid item had a 4-star rating, from a pom pom that you can attach to the string of your jacket/coat to a jock cup insert or mini nail clipper. I have yet to find an item on their site with a 1-star review.
Overall, my experience with TradeInn has been extremely disappointing. Their customer service is terrible, and I am left feeling like I may never receive my order. I would not recommend this site to anyone.
