On their website they list every item as "in stock".
I purchased 3 items, after confirmation and delivery estimated 1 week. After 1 week then order status says "delay with item".
I asked what this means because the product page says "in stock" the whole time.
Their response "Although we were expecting your ordered item to be delivered to us sooner, it is taking longer than expected for it to reach our warehouse."
I asked what their definition of I stock means, and if the item is not in stock why do they continue to show it in stock.
They just ignore my question and say it's customs delays. . .
It's been three weeks, the items have not been shipped and they continue to show in stock.
They need to be forced having clear and honest communication and not lie to get more sales.
