TradeInn review: Delivery

I would like to file a formal complaint against TradeInn Retail Services, S.L., an online retail company based in Spain, due to their refusal to accept a legitimate return and issue a refund.

After receiving the item, I followed all the instructions to initiate a return within the legal return period. The return package was shipped via DHL and reached the destination in Spain. However, DHL informed me that TradeInn refused to accept the returned parcel, citing internal policies. This has nothing to do with customs or import duties, as TradeInn’s support falsely implied.

Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue directly with their customer support, I have received only generic and misleading replies, and no refund has been issued to date.

My Request:
• Immediate acceptance of the return package
• Full refund of the purchase amount, including shipping costs
• Investigation into TradeInn’s unfair return practices

I am attaching all relevant documentation including email communications with their support team and DHL tracking details.

TradeInn’s behavior violates basic consumer protection standards and EU return laws. I request your assistance in holding this company accountable and ensuring that I and other consumers are not subjected to such treatment in the future.
