Bulk Buys is a great website for buying things in bulk. I'm not sure if I'll come back to this exact site, but I couldn't find a way to complain about it. It makes me happy to know that I can be the biggest fan of the day and get all the things I need in one place. If you need help, they're always there to assist you. At this point, I'm not sure if I have a lot going on, but if you have a minute to talk, I'd be happy to chat.

I ordered some stuff from Bulk Buys (bulkbuys.com.au) and got an email saying that my order was booked and ready to go. That was like three weeks ago and I ain't heard nothing since. I tried emailing them a few times to see what's up but they ain't got back to me yet. I don't know what's going on and it's starting to get on my nerves. Like, I just want my stuff, you know? It's not that hard. I don't know if I'd order from them again if this is how they do things.

Bulk Buys is a really great website for shopping online! When you compare it to other stores on the internet, you can see that they have really good discounts on their products. The shipping rate is fair, and my package arrived right on time. The prices were really good, and the website was easy to use. The product I bought was exactly like they said it would be, and it was packed really well. The quality of the product was really good too. I would definitely buy from them again!

I gotta say, I was a bit worried when I ordered 240 solo cups from Bulk Buys for my upcoming shindig. I mean, I needed those cups, you know? But then, it looked like they might not even make it in time for the party! I was freaking out, man.

I gotta say, I ain't too happy with Bulk Buys. I mean, I get it, times are tough with this whole pandemic thing going on, but if they say they got stock and can deliver in 2 days, then they better deliver in 2 days, ya know what I mean? I placed my order on March 2nd, and it's now March 16th and I still ain't got my stuff. I been calling them every other day, and now they're telling me the courier company's had my order since March 12th. And get this, I'm only an hour away from their factory!

I mean, come on, Bulk Buys, what's the deal? I was counting on this stuff to come through, and now I'm left high and dry. It's just not right. I ain't saying I won't shop with them again, but they gotta step up their game if they want to keep my business.

I rang up Bulk Buys for some help and I gotta say, the lady who answered the phone, LUCY, was an absolute legend. She was so patient with me and helped me out with my order every step of the way. I reckon she's the perfect person for that job, she's a real GEM. The instructions were pretty clear too, even for someone like me who's a bit of a dinosaur when it comes to modern technology. I put in my order on the 20th of February 2020 and it's been a long time since then. I still haven't gotten my order and it's been a real pain. I've been emailing back and forth with Lucy and she's been promising to send my order for over a month now. It's really frustrating because I need my order and I don't know what's taking so long. I don't think I'll be ordering from this business again and I definitely won't be recommending it to anyone. They need to hurry up and send my order or give me my money back for order #4357.

I really appreciate the effort that Lucy and Eda put into helping me, and I think that their dedication to their customers is what sets Bulk Buys apart from other suppliers.

I placed an order with Bulk Buys on December 9th, 2021. I was excited to receive my items, but unfortunately, only a partial order arrived on December 14th, 2021. The courier informed me that the other boxes were on their way, but due to the busy holiday season, it might take some time. I understood and patiently waited for my order to arrive.

However, as time passed, I became concerned about the missing items. In February 2022, I reached out to Bulk Buys to inquire about the status of my order. I was told that they would investigate the matter and get back to me. I continued to reach out every month, but unfortunately, I received no updates. Customer service informed me that they would ask the courier and inventory, but they couldn't authorize anything.

Fast forward to May 16th, 2022, and I still haven't received my missing items. It's been six months since I placed my order, and I've made four attempts to find my items. However, I was refused a credit or refund because I submitted a claim after seven days of non-delivery. I even showed screenshots of the items still saying the shipment was pending, but it didn't make a difference.

I'm disappointed that Bulk Buys blamed the courier and me for the missing items and kept my money without providing the product, credit, or refund. It's frustrating to wait for so long and not receive what I paid for. I won't be purchasing from this company again.
