On 22 May 2022 I ordered a “billet racer swingarm” from Trac Dynamics via their website after email correspondence (as the product was not listed on their site but a variation of an existing product).

After 11 months on April 22nd 2023 I sent a message on social media to Trac Dynamics about my order which was responded to days later saying they would check my order status. They provided no update.

On May 1st 2023 I emailed asking for an update with no response.

On May 8th I sent two emails asking for a refund which was responded to the same day saying they would have my order in 2 weeks but I had lost faith by now and asked for a refund again on May 9th and 12th.

On May 12th 2023 they said I would receive a refund.

The refund has not yet been processed after 8 more emails and numerous attempts to contact via social media from May through till today (20 October 2023).

I want my order refunded as it was not an insignificant sum of money to me, thousands of dollars with poor customer service and being ignored across 3 seperate email addresses (all of which have responded at least once so they are monitored) and their Instagram social media account, which is active with posts in September since I have emailed and direct messaged.

Desired outcome: Full refund for the value of the item ordered 11 months ago (billet racer swingarm + postage + tax) which was never delivered ($2400 at the time).
