It is a complete scam! Every single creditor that they "serviced" came back with a summons and we still had to pay every single debt off after we already paid them

thieves. steer clear of them. they had me stop an account because of "unfair lending practices' and now I'm being sued. they assisted me in nothing but ruining my credit..

What a scam. I was told that if I paid 5k they would help me sort out my debt. They have done absolutely nothing. The debt has never been removed. They don't return my calls at all. I have spent 4 years trying to deal with this. Avoid this company.

They are a SCAM. I started out with them January and here it is April and I am in more debit than when I started. Not on account had bee resolved and I never thought I would be going through this. I can't even buy a house right but had I just tried and paid the accounts off instead if going through Actify Solutions, I might be in a better place with my credits. I would never suggest anyone go with them. Do your research first. There are so many other certified credit repair companies out there.

Actify Solutions is a waste of time and money. I spent 2 years and thousands of dollars to end up with two court filings for collections and no change in my credit score. I'm still in danger of more collections. While they told me to stop paying. When your unemployed and looking for solutions other than fing bankruptcy, this is not the solutions. Even if their attorney does make a deal with collector the portion of the total debt that doesnt get paid still remains on your credit report as a Charge off...and hurts your score. Just glorified expensive scam.

TOTAL SCAM! I spent thousands of dollars in an 18 month program with this company for assistance in credit resolution. The debt has never been removed but rather lies dormant on the account and is now being reported to the credit bureaus as deliquent every month. My credit has not gotten better but worse. Five years later and still no resolution! All of my accounts still reflected as disputed so I am unable to move on with my life in purchasing a house. Now I am left rectifying this debt myself and paying twice for it. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME WITH ACTIFY SOLUTIONS.

ZERO STARS This company is a SCAM! LIARS! THE WORST! I paid them $18,000 over 3 years ago to do their "credit resolution" method of eliminating my debts and my daughter's, which proved to be a HUGE Mistake. They told me 12 to 18 months maximum to fulfill this claim, Initially some of the debts were removed but they have all reappeared repeatedly on my credit report. Its been almost 4 years, and my daughter and I have been unable to move past this, and we are no longer on speaking terms because of this company! ACTIFY SOLUTIONS WILL RUIN YOUR CREDIT WORSE THAN BEFORE YOU START WITH THEM.

don't do it .they have you pay them thousands of dollars tell you to fax all your collections letters they give you updates they read you their statement tell you not to pay your bills but can't really say that. they call you saying some collectors have not replied in 45 days so that bills resolved after 2years or so is when the truth about this company that's when the summons start coming in I've had three so far they give you some money back a payment or half of one if you use their lawyer he negotiates a deal and end up paying back what you owed. so you get ripped off twice so just pay your the bill I would have been paid off by now so I told them I wanted to cancel told me someone would reach out to me called them 3 times no reply back so please don't listen to their con

I'm not even going to post my experience because Actify will not take accountability. Just know that if you are reading these complaints, they are 100% legit and their "comments" about "resolution" are all lies to win favor with this site. They simple DON'T work things out with clients. They've scammed people out of $100,000's if not millions. They don't want to end up in a case action suit with all of us. But they should be subject to such. They always claim "customer completed program." No, what they mean is, "customer made all of the payments, but we didn't finish our end of the deal." They didn't COMPLETE anything. This is their song and dance on BBB, too.

In 2017 when I had 2 expensive urgent major surgeries, I paid monthly Actify Solutions (Prime One) $238.12 monthly for 3 years and convinced to allow the credit accounts to be let go and not pay them and that all negative accounts that accrued from 2017 would be removed. I was assured that if I even thought my credit was good at the time, Not one was deleted 4 years later (today) and I was told that they couldn't do anything and never could. My largest credit card amount I owed to was *** and I was served about a year later by Capiltol One and told that Actify Solutions never worked with Actify. I had never been told that by Actify and Capitol One was my largest debt. All my other debts were very small. shortly. I want a refund from Actify for all payments. made to them. Im uploading the monthly payment made the 20th of every month for 3 years.

I became a client of Actify Solutions in summer 2017. At the time they told me that they would be available to submit documents for the life of the disputed debt, up through the end of the statute of limitations, which in the *** is six years, and beyond that if an agency attempts to collect unlawfully. I'd had nothing but the most prompt and courteous customer service until Feb 2022. Now I can't get them to return my calls or answer emails. I have at least one agency attempting to collect on a disputed debt that is still within the statue of limitations, and Actify is unwilling to live up to their agreement. I paid the fee for their service in full, without lateness or complaint. They owe me document preparation and guidance that they unfortunately don't seem to want to render. It gives me no pleasure to make this complaint, but it seems to be the only way that they are still responding to certain clients.

from *** Solutions called on 10/19 to collect a debt of $6989.23. She left a voice mail on my parents, husband and ex-husband phone. This is a debt I believed to be settled by contract w/Actify solutions in 2018. It does not show on my credit report. There is however; 2 other "Red flag" accounts that are on my credit report which I was speaking to Actify Solutions as I am in Phase 3 of the process with *** last spoke to them on the phone 08/02 & emailed them to ask why these two accounts for *** where on my credit report & my credit score was not improving. I had not heard back & now this call yesterday. I attempted to call them & now there phone number is disconnected. Can you help me? I am not in a position financially to pay this $7,000 to Spire which I believed I satisfied thru Actify & the almost $9,000 outstanding on my Credit Report! What is going on?! Thank you in advance for your assistance...

I enrolled in this program in 2017 and was told that results were GUARANTEED. How this program was presented to me was: You stop paying your credit cards, you wait for letters of the debts being sold, and Actify Solutions will take care of the process to remove them from your credit. The person who sold me the plan told me if they can't be removed they will be PAID FROM THE INSTALLMENTS *** misrepresented how it handles these accounts and I am now four years later with destroyed credit, outrageous interest charges accrued, and nothing fixed in part from this program.I have been waiting for upper management to contact me back for two weeks to discuss a refund after trying all their steps as no agent has been able to tell me what exactly they did with my money. My next step will be a DA consumer complaint if I do not hear back. *** has blatantly committed fraud and I am looking to settle this to just move on with my life and restore my credit. Enough is enough.

These guys are a scam. If I could only get the money back I spent on them and apply to my debt my life would be better. I have a credit card I enrolled in the program now 4yrs later. Portfolio Recovery now has my account and their lawyer was about to take me to court.. I called Actify and notified them that I paid off an account that I enrolled and could I recoup the monies I had paid them to help with that particular account and I was told NO! Wow...i thought you guys were here to assist me with getting my credit better and not penalize me. They are a scam and do not care! I paid actify a fee and enrolled a few credit cards so the debt could be eliminated. I have been summoned to court due to this program. Also. I have pmt plans setup with 2 law firms and just paid 2 off. I really need the money back from the program to pay my debts that they have failed to get removed from credit report. I am screwed with debt and bad credit and want to refinance my home but debt will not allow me.

I obtained A- Solutions in October and paid them over $5,000.00 for their "services" for a pre-planned period of time (months). A-Solutions was to assist me with removing two charge off accounts I got stuck with paying due to an agreement made in my divorce. A-Solutions told me that because the debt was sold to another collector it was "invalid" and that they had no rights to recover from me. I made my monthly payments of $220.00 to A-Solutions until they charged for this service was paid in full. Come to find out the only thing they did was draft letters to the credit bureau asking they remove this from my credit. Nothing was done. The two "invalid" credit debt accounts are still showing up on my credit and I cannot buy a house. These two collection accounts (from when I was in my early 20's) are literally the only thing negative on my credit report. I thought A-Solutions was going to have these removed and after going through their step process, nothing has been accomplished except for me being out of the $5,000.00 plus I paid them. I would like a full refund.

Actify solutions was gonna help me resolve my credit card debt. They have made it clear that results are not guaranteed in getting my credit report cleared which I understand. However, during the third phase of their program they send me off to another company to get my credit report fixed which they didnt even try to do. They told me that I had to send them all of my credit reports and when I had issues on getting that to them they just said that they are finishing the program. I feel like they didnt even try and I still have negative marks on my credit report. Actify solutions also stated that even though my payments were complete, they would still continue to work with me to fix my credit report as some of my creditors did not send the debt to collections yet and the creditors are still contacting me. I am trying to contact Actify Solutions as to what to do but I can't get in contact with them. Their phone number is connected to some kind of gift card scam. Actify solutions did not complete their obligations to me the customer. As soon as monthly payments are done, they don't want to help anymore. I believe I have paid something around *** over the course of 4 years or so. The program is not complete and I feel like they didn't even try to get my credit report fixed and I would like Actify Solutions to fulfill their obligations.

I received an unsolicited phone call from Actify Solutions back in April . Unfortunately, their Complaintsboard.com profile didn't have too many reviews or complaints at the time so I couldnt see what I was walking into. I was assured that they have a proven method of resolving my credit card debt. Without explicitly saying it (probably because it's illegal) they suggested that I immediately stop making my credit card payments and let those accounts go to collection. They explained that after 6 months, the credit card companies will have to charge off the accounts and sell them to third party collection agencies. Once at that stage, they claimed they could dispute them and have the accounts removed from my credit report. At first, they told me the process would take a maximum of 6 months. After 6 months and no results, they said it could take up to a year. After a year of no results, they said it could take as long as 2 years... It's been over 3 years, I've paid Actify Solutions over $10,000, and my credit score is in the toilet. There has not been a single account removed from my credit report. To add insult to injury, they called me a few weeks ago saying I graduated from the 3rd, and final, stage of the program. They have given me absolutely nothing in return except for false promises, a bigger hole in my pocket, and a destroyed credit score.

I signed up for Actify Solutions in 2018 to help me take care of my debt. I have paid them $12,000. I was told that my service with them is forever and that it was a 100% guarantee. They stated that any account that they could not settle that I would get my money back for. I did have one account that could not be settle and I did get that amount taken off of the total I owed them and the monthly payment to them was reduced. I have completely went through 2 steps of the 3 step program and was told, the last time I talked to someone, that there was only one account that hadn't been completely taken care of. I am currently in the 3rd step. An Account Manager is supposed to be assigned to me and continue to assist me in preparing disputes on any remaining negative misinformation identified but I can not get anyone to answer or even return my calls. At the end of September I received a letter from *** Services stating that one of my creditors sold the account to them and they are trying to collect the debt. I faxed this letter to Actify Solutions and have never received a response from them about it. I have tried to call them but I always receive a voice mail and never receive a call back. On January 26th I received a notice that *** Services is showing up on my *** credit report and has decreased my credit score by 50 points! Now I am getting calls from an agency that *** Services hired to collect the debt. I am getting no help from Actify Solutions and want the money back I paid them to take care of this debt so that I can settle it myself. I have sadly noticed that I am not the only one this is happening to.Thank You

This is by far the worst company to ever deal with if you need to repair your credit. *** will ruin your credit profile and create hardship for years to come. You're better off working with other credit repair companies if you have collections. They sell you on false promises they can't deliver on. I have spoken to *** who promise me that my judgment will come off my credit report and that did not happen.. *** is the supervisor and did not rectify my situation.. My credit was good and I could've paid off all my debts but they influence me with lies to get me into the program. I received three summons which I was told by *** to get in contact with who they referred to j& j law which took my money again didnt do anything for me .. If you are able to pay down your debts, pay it. Don't go with a company who will ruin your credit and can't deliver on what they promise. Some banks will blacklist you and will not do business with you if you default on a unsecured credit line/credit card. If you default on any credit that you're obligated to pay, know that it will take years over 3-7 years before you're able to get that removed from your report. You will be blacklisted from some banks as they don't like people defaulting on their financial obligations. Pay down your debt if you can. Credit is a huge part of success so take care of it wisely and don't fall prey to these companies that is only interested in making their money and ruining an honest person's life in the process. They don't care about the pain you endure and the embarrassment you feel because of their lies and false promises. I want a full refund because this program did not deliver what it stated to be done *** needs to be investigated

I filed a complaint back with the complaintsboard.com on Actify Solutions back on May, why ? Because I was deceived into thinking this company was going to consolidate my debt and fight on my behalf to eliminate credit card debt but instead I got summons then after I got summons I had to go through with there law company Jjs law ( ***) who was very rude to me. But wanted to help me. I didnt feel comfortable at all. He belittled me just because I was debt and he was helping. *** which is the manager I assume got in contact with me to help resolve the solution. I didnt know when you get summons you are allowed to get some of your money back. So thats what I basically fought for. In the end I got some of my money back, with promises from *** that I will continue in this program until Im done. I was on the third stage when I filed the complaint and thats what Im still on. Everytime I reach out to them, they tell me that I will recieve a status update. Its been months since I received any updates. I started with actify solutions on 11.6.2017, 3 years in and NOTHINGS BEEN DONE. This program only made my credit worst and my life been worst ever since I signed up. I cant get nothing in my own *** name because I decide to trust them. Ive been sued, Ive been to court on my own, by myself with no solution. I EVEN HAVE phone records of me trying to reach out to them every month. This is such a fraud. My heart aches for anyone who been through this. I have two children. Its not fair how much damage they cause my credit for this *** long already. I feel complained against them and now their NOT HELPING ME AT alll, when they got all my important information. PLEASE BEWARE GUYS. Its been 3 years no results yet. ONLY HEADACHES AND REJECTIONS NOTICES FOR CARS OR LOANS IF YOU APPLY.

I engaged with Actify in 2017 with the promise that they were going to help me clean up my debt and credit. They tell you to stop paying all of the accounts that they enroll in the program with the promise that they will then be able to dispute these accounts with creditors and then later remove them from your credit score in the step 3, final stage of the program. All the while that you are paying them money (instead of the creditors), they make you believe that everything is proceeding well and that they are successfully working on your behalf to dispute balances and clear them from your credit report. Basically, they and all of their representatives tell you one thing, and continue to mislead you for years. Meanwhile, because they unscrupulously had you sign something before the engagement ensued (that they tell you not to pay attention to, that is a formality) they believe they are not legally responsible. They trick you into signing one thing while telling you another, and then lead people down a path of paying them thousands of dollars over many years - people who are already financially vulnerable and feel that they have no recourse.The practices that this company engage in are wrong and damaging.They have collected over 10K from me and I am far worse off than I was before I engaged. I also now understand their practices to be entirely illegal. It is not my wish to engage in a legal dispute, as I take responsibility for my poor diligence in engaging with Actify. That said I want them to fully reimburse me all money that I paid to them so that I can use that money to actually pay my creditors. They issued me a $2,000 refund, however that is insufficient for what they have taken from me, and the stress I have experienced for the last 5 years in further damaging my financial health. I used an alias name to avoid public association, but can provide further information. I hope everyone they have wronged is provided recompense.

This is the worst company I have ever worked with. They lure you into their web of tricky practices to drain your already depleted finances to take advantage of you and ruin your credit history. I've been in huge debt ,and ACTIFY sugarcoated me with their immaculate debt repairing services in no time. This was an absolute lie! They gonna combine your outstanding debts into a one monthly payment, they will ask you to collect all the debtors mail and send copies to them, they'll ask you not to pick up any debt collectors daily phone calls etc etc. Now, after 3 years dealing with them I know it's a worst scam I've ever come into contact with. They call you every month to update you with your process and so on and so forth. And then comes the surprise of the lifetime. They hand over your credit card into your local law office and send you a summons. They have under the table deals with your local law offices and they claim nothing can be done! If your had 5 or more delinquent credit cards all of them will go to court and you besides paying them your monthly dues, you'll still end up with paying your credit cards. Your local law office will send a incognito guy after dark or or Sunday who will either leave summons on your doormat or sneak around your premises like a common thief! Absolutely unacceptable and totally unprofessional! They tell You that you not supposed to pick up any calls! Wait, what?! Why not, it's my phone and it's up to me which calls I'm picking up. I had a conversation with an American Expres rep who told me how ACTIFY destroys people's life's! DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM! You'll be better paying your cards by yourself! After 2 years they totally stopped calling me and it's a even bigger scam! They used to call with follow up, not it's a complete silence! Their practices are the worst I've ever experienced! Talk to your local community bank instead of these con greedy and unprofessional artists!

As part of Actify's program, if one of the credit accounts that they are attempting to clear for you results in a court summons from a collection company, they hire a lawyer to represent you, negotiate a settlement for that account, and refund the portion that you have paid for that account. This happened on one of the accounts I had with them, and they handled it no issue. On 11/1, I received a notification from a collections agency stating that a summons was out to be served to me. I called the company, and with the threat of the summons, the cost of being served, and court costs, I negotiated a settlement myself and paid off that account. I called Actify that evening, but they were closed, so I informed them on 11/2. The rep took the info and said I would hear back once it was reviewed. I provided them copies of the documents I got from the collections agency and called them for the next 4 weeks with no answer as to how this would be handled, but was told I would most likely get refunded, it was just waiting to be confirmed with their accounting department. On Monday 11/29 I received a call from a supervisor that said I would not receive a refund because I "was not technically served", but they would give me $500 back. I contested, she spoke to her supervisor, and then offered me $700, stating I "wasn't technically served", and I "willingly settled that account" of my own will. I stated this was not the case, the summons was out to be served, and I knew what the process would be, so I handled the steps myself, which saves their company from having to hire a lawyer. She merely repeated their stance. I asked how much I have paid on that account, she said she doesn't work in their accounting department, and would not offer to get me the info. I told her I need to speak to her superior, she said someone would reach out. I have called multiple times, and now it does not ring; I receive an answering service every time I call, and no call back.
