Trac Dynamics

On November 27th, 2023 I purchased a Sportster billet racer swingarm with 25mms axle and specified I wanted the arm black and adjusters raw aluminium. I was told that it would be 5 weeks until the arm was shipped as it just needed anodizing. The time came and passed and on January 12 of 2024 they had replied and told me that my swingarm would be shipping out on January 24th and I quote "I was told we would be shipping that arm to you by January 24th, no later than that!". It is now February 18th and they haven't responded to any of my messages since then but they have opened and read the messages without response, and I have not received the swingarm.
