I sold my car to Toyota of Glendora on June 18th. They said I'd get my check in about a month. But now, when I call the salesperson, they don't answer or give me the runaround. They just don't answer my calls about my payment status.

I bought a car from Toyota of Glendora on 10/7. But then, they asked my wife to come in person to provide more documents on 10/20. When she got there, they didn't accept her papers and the Finnance manager, "manny," ran my credit twice without asking me. Even though the contract was final, they still ran my credit. The general manager won't remove the credit pulls from my report, even though they didn't have my permission. They also won't pay for the gas my wife used to drive there or the time my family lost trying to fix the problem. Both the general manager and the Finnance manager have serious integrity issues and tried to hide the problem. The dealership broke the privacy agreement.

I went to Toyota of Glendora on 8/7 with my 1989 Toyota flat bed truck. I thought they would charge me more, but I wanted an accurate diagnosis. I told *** about my two problems - the fuel gauge wasn't working and there was a rattle noise under the bottom. I got a print out to check both. I didn't ask for a discount, just a diagnosis. I picked up the truck on 8/9 and was told to replace the lower control arms and the combination meter for the fuel gauge. They didn't have the parts, so I ordered them. Then he told me it would cost $2,000 for the repair. I took my truck to another shop with my parts. I didn't ask for a diagnosis since I already had one and paid to have the control arms replaced. But they gave me back my old parts and said the control arms weren't the issue. The problem was caused by the sway bar and it's still a problem.

I went to Toyota of Glendora to fix my 2009 Toyota Camry on July 5th. I got a new catalytic converter from them and was told by the service advisor, ***, that it had a one-year warranty. But when I went back on May 2nd, to use the warranty, I was told that I had to fix my engine first. No one had told me this before. *** offered me expensive engine motors, but I couldn't afford them because of the Coronavirus pandemic. I found out later that there was no mention of the warranty on my paperwork from July . I think the staff lied to me. *** even admitted it was his fault in writing, but Toyota didn't do anything about it.

I got a Rav 4 from Toyota of Glendora on *** for a good price of ***, but after finance, the price went up to *** & they added a theft system without my consent. I was ripped off for *** by Toyota of Glendora finance department on ***. I bought the car in good faith, negotiated with salesman *** and his manager *** Q. The documented specific price was *** which had *** in total discounts and a rebate, subtracted from the sticker price of ***. Then, I had to visit the finance manager, *** because I financed some of the purchase. In the finance office, I noticed a price indicated as *** so I asked manager *** about that and her reply was that the *** rebate from Toyota national would be "added later" in the contract details. Later, I found out that the *** and the theft system were incorrectly added to the sales price that I did not consent to. I have spoken with *** via phone and had sent texts to, as well as phone calls I made to *** sales manager Armando Arce and customer service manager *** but they didn't help me get my money back.
