ToyLibrary Consistently exceptional service, saved me money on toys - highly recommend!

This the first time I’m leave a review in a long while. I been using this site for about 6 months and I gotta say, every time I use the site, I’m happy happy. The service they provided us was consistently exceptional which I loved which means they didn’t let us down not even once. I’m a parent so I know how hard it is to spend money on toys and stuff, but with this site, we can save hundreds of dollars. That’s why I always suggest my friends and family to use this site if they need toys for their lil ones. So, all in all, Keep doing what ya doin'!

ToyLibrary Unsatisfied with ToyLibrary.co: High Fees and Unexpected Charges

Wow, I gotta say, I was pretty confused when I first signed up for ToyLibrary.co. I didn't realize that it was a toy rental service, so you can imagine my surprise when the first toys arrived at my doorstep! I immediately sent an email to their customer service team because my grandson isn't even born yet, and I definitely wasn't prepared to take care of any toys just yet!

Unfortunately, I wasn't given the option to cancel my rental before the toys were delivered, so I had to return them as soon as possible. To my dismay, I was charged a pretty high fee for using these toys for just a month. I mean, I could have bought these same toys brand new for a cheaper price! I just can't justify spending that kind of money on rented toys, especially when I could own them for less.

To make matters worse, a couple of weeks later I received another charge from ToyLibrary.co. Frustrated, I went back onto their website and tried to cancel my rental again. With all the charges I've had to pay, I've ended up spending almost $60.00 for absolutely nothing! Needless to say, I won't be renewing my rental anytime soon.

Overall, my experience with ToyLibrary.co wasn't very positive. The lack of clarity on their website and the inability to cancel my rental before the toys were delivered were major issues for me. While I appreciate the concept behind their service, the high prices and unexpected charges make it hard for me to justify using it again in the future.

ToyLibrary ToyLibrary.co Review: A Parent’s Lifesaver for Toy Lending!

I've been using ToyLibrary.co for a couple of months now and it's been a lifesaver! As a parent, it's important to me to provide my little ones with plenty of toys to keep them entertained and stimulated. But constantly buying new toys can get expensive and time-consuming. That's where ToyLibrary.co comes in!

I admit, I love to spoil my kids (maybe a little too much, haha!). Before ToyLibrary.co, we would go out and buy new toys every time we went shopping. It was getting out of hand. However, now we just log in to ToyLibrary.co, select the toys we want, and before we know it, we're all set!

Depending on our schedule, we can either send our toys back in a few days or extend our borrow time and keep them for a few weeks. If our daughter really falls in love with a particular toy, we can keep it for good by buying it from ToyLibrary.co. And the best part? We can select 2 more toys to borrow once we've made our purchase!

I have to commend ToyLibrary.co for their service. They make the borrowing process so seamless and easy. It's a real time-saver and cost-effective too. No more wasting our time or money on buying toys that we won't use for long. Thanks for a great website, ToyLibrary.co!

ToyLibrary Unleashing the Power of Innovation: A Game-Changing Read

Changed name from "Pley". Check the better business bureau, they are a SCAM. Take money and continue to charge. Do not send toys. Say they are moving warehouse.

Update: The people who responded to my review are SCAMMERS. Do not believe them. I had to call my credit card to do dispute on the charges they made. After that now they have started charging me again. Secretly for 10 months and I had no idea. Please do not give them your credit card information!

ToyLibrary Disappointing Experience with ToyLibrary.co: Missing Pieces and Poor Service

ToyLibrary.co is a website that allows you to rent toys for your child to play with. I have to say, I have not been a happy camper with this service at all. First off, it took absolutely ages for them to receive the toys that I sent back. When I asked about it, my requests were totally ignored! Not one single response from them.

On top of that, both of the Lego sets we received were missing pieces! I mean honestly, what kind of oversight is that? And to worsen the situation, I couldn't even report the specific pieces that were missing. So, I have a feeling that any report made is just tossed aside, if not completely ignored altogether. I mean, how can you say you're offering good service if you're sending out toys that are not complete?

I'm going to be honest with you, having to deal with these issues when building with my son has really put a damper on both of our moods. It is incredibly frustrating when you're trying to build something, and the first piece you need is missing! Just imagine the disappointment on my son's face.

What's even more irritating is that there doesn't seem to be anything else available aside from lego sets. Though my son loves Lego, he'd appreciate a wider range of options. I mean, it's hard to hit a home run every time, I understand that- but, come on- more variety please!

When I initially tried out this website, I thought it would be a fun and interesting way to bond with my son. It's depressing that we only found frustration with the limited selection they offer. I cannot recommend this site at all. The experience we had with ToyLibrary.co was frustrating and disappointing. They need to step up their game substantially if they hope to retain customers.

ToyLibrary Disappointed with ToyLibrary.co: Poor Quality Toys and Service

I recently subscribed for a three month plan with ToyLibrary.co and I must say, I was quite disappointed with the quality of toys I received. Almost every single toy was missing critical pieces and instructions. Now, I know it's common for a toy or two to have a missing piece, but when it happens every time it becomes a problem.

It's apparent that there is no quality control at all with the toys that are being sent out. One would expect the company to at least eye ball the toys before sending them out to make sure everything is there, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

As a parent, it's very disappointing to give your child a toy only to find out that it cannot be built because some essential pieces are missing. It's not only frustrating for the child but for the parent as well. And to make matters worse, the missing instructions make it nearly impossible to build the toy correctly.

To make matters worse, the customer service is nonexistent. I had to file a complaint with my bank before I could get a response from the company. And when I finally did get a response, it was snarky. As a customer, I felt very disrespected.

I think that someone else should come up with the same idea as ToyLibrary.co but provide higher quality toys and better service. It's a great idea, but it's being executed poorly.

ToyLibrary Mixed experience with ToyLibrary.co: Great toys, reasonable prices, but poor customer service response time and mistakes in order

So, I wanted to get some new toys for my niece who lives in the countryside. I wanted to make sure she always had something to play with when she got bored. That's when I stumbled upon ToyLibrary.co!

First off, the website seemed pretty easy to navigate. I simply had to create an account, pick out the toys I wanted, and wait for them to arrive. The prices seemed reasonable too, especially since I knew my niece would love all the different options available.

However, when I finally received my order, there were a few mistakes made. One of the toys was missing, and another one seemed to be a bit damaged. I was a little upset, but I decided to reach out to their customer service team to see what they could do.

This is where things started getting a bit frustrating. It took a few days for them to get back to me, and even then, their response was a bit vague. They promised to send a replacement toy and offered a small discount for the damaged toy, but I still had to wait a few weeks for everything to arrive.

Overall, I would say that ToyLibrary.co has a lot of potential. The prices are reasonable, and the selection is pretty impressive. However, they definitely need to work on their customer service skills. I understand that mistakes happen, but it's important to address them quickly and efficiently. I hope they take this feedback into consideration and improve their services in the future.

ToyLibrary Questionable Reviews and Unreliable Shipping: My Experience with ToyLibrary.co

So, I went on ToyLibrary.co to buy some toy for my cute little ones. But boy, was I in for a ride! Upon looking at their reviews, I noticed something fishy about the positive ones. They all had just one or two posts. What's interesting is that the ones with two posts had posted identical positive reviews for both ToyLibrary and Pley. This made me curious about the legitimacy of their reviews.

It seems that the company is trying to con people with their fake reviews. They even respond to negative reviews and customer emails. However, they take ages to ship their toys and make excuses like moving the warehouse. This is the exact same line Pley has reportedly used on Better Business Bureau (BBB) website. If they are a legitimate company, they should not take the customer's payment until they are ready to ship the product. It's unprofessional, to say the least, but I suspect that they're fraudulent.

However, there is an update on this story. After I filed a formal complaint and stopped my credit card payment, I finally received my shipment. So, they might not be a scam after all. But the thing is, they can't reliably fulfill their obligations. Since I had already stopped payment, I returned the package without opening it. So, I can't say anything about the condition of the product. But for me, unreliable shipping makes their service not worth it.

Overall, my experience with ToyLibrary.co was not very satisfactory. I won't be using their services again, and I would advise others to think twice about doing business with them.

ToyLibrary Poor service and missing pieces: My disappointing experience with a LEGO toy library

This business is not good at following through on their promises. They are slow to respond, or they don't respond at all. They don't always send out the full toy kits that they advertise on their website. My family joined the service because we wanted my son to be able to play with LEGO sets that we couldn't otherwise afford. Unfortunately, we ran into a lot of problems. The bigger kits were never in stock, and the smaller kits we did receive were always missing pieces. Sometimes we were lucky and the kits were only missing non-essential pieces, but we could still build them and play with them. Other times, critical pieces were missing, and we couldn't finish building the toy at all. The website has a place to report missing pieces, but it doesn't seem like anyone is paying attention. We reported missing pieces for one kit, waited several months, and got the same kit back with the exact same missing pieces. We tried to contact the company in several ways, but it was difficult to get a response. The phone number did not connect us with a live person, and they never returned our messages. The Contact Page on the website always gave us an error message, no matter what browser we used or when we tried to access it. Finally, we got an email response from a live person, but their instructions didn't help us get the missing pieces we needed. We turned to Facebook and posted about our experience. It took several weeks, but we finally got a response from the company. They offered to add more credits to our account, but we didn't want that. Why would we want more credits to exchange for sets that had missing pieces, or that our son didn't really want to build? We asked for a refund, but they said no. It's a great idea to have a toy library where families can access more expensive toys, but this company isn't following through on their promises. We're very unhappy with the service we received and feel like we were scammed.

ToyLibrary Mixed Experience with ToyLibrary.co: Fun Toys but Missing Items and Slow Customer Service

I recently tried out ToyLibrary.co and I gotta say, it's been a bit of a mixed experience. On the one hand, the toys are really fun and my kids have been loving them. But on the other hand, we've had some issues with missing items and slow customer service.

We've only had two shipments from ToyLibrary.co so far, but both times we've received packages with items missing. It's a bit frustrating because we were really looking forward to playing with everything we ordered, so when something is missing it's a bit of a letdown.

On top of that, it took over a month between when we returned the first missing item and when we were finally able to order new toys. It was pretty frustrating because we had been eagerly anticipating receiving our new toys and it was disappointing to have to wait so long.

I did send an email to customer service about the missing items and the delay in being able to order new toys, but unfortunately I never heard back from them. It's a bit disappointing because I would have appreciated even just a simple response acknowledging my concerns.

That being said, despite these issues we've still been having a lot of fun playing with the toys we did receive. I think the concept of ToyLibrary.co is really cool - it's great to have access to a wide variety of toys without having to clutter up our own house with them. Overall, I think it's worth giving ToyLibrary.co a try - just be aware that there may be some hiccups along the way.

ToyLibrary ToyLibrary.co: Decent at First, But Ghosted Me and Ignored My Attempts to Contact Them!

I've been using ToyLibrary.co for a solid three months now, and it's been decent enough. That is, until they completely ghosted me! I've been trying to get in touch with them about my toys, but they've been totally MIA. Plus, they haven't updated any of my returns, so I can't even cancel my plan. I've been trying to call them, but their phone number isn't even working! What's the deal, ToyLibrary.co? Can't a customer get some basic communication around here?

ToyLibrary ToyLibrary.co Review: Disappointed with Missing Pieces & Lack of Sanitization

I wanted to rent some toys for my son to play with, so I decided to give ToyLibrary.co a try. However, I was very disappointed with my experience. The toy that arrived was missing ten pieces of mini lego, and my son was very upset because he couldn't play with it properly.

Furthermore, I was shocked to discover that the company doesn't check their toys for missing pieces or sanitize them before sending them out to renters. If they had, they would have noticed the note about the missing pieces and could have avoided this whole situation.

As a parent, I want to be able to trust that the toys my child is playing with are safe and complete. Unfortunately, ToyLibrary.co has let me down in this respect. I hope they take steps to improve their quality control in the future.

ToyLibrary Disappointing Experience with ToyLibrary.co: Faulty Toys and Poor Customer Service

I'm absolutely ticked off with my experience with ToyLibrary.co! I can't believe how bad my experience with this company has been. First of all, they sent me some really messed up toys that didn't work at all! I was totally disappointed and my kids were bummed out too. Not only did they never send me replacements, but they're still charging my card every month! I've contacted customer support multiple times, but nothing has changed! It's like they don't even care about giving great service to their customers. It's so shady and mean to take advantage of people who just want to provide toys for their little ones. I'd avoid ToyLibrary.co like the plague if I were you!

ToyLibrary ToyLibrary.co Is Not Worth the Subscription: Poor Refund & Customer Service Experience

I had to cancel my subscription on ToyLibrary.co and was told that I would get a refund once I returned the product. So, I sent the product back to them 10 days before they told me it was due back. I made sure to return it within 3 days of receiving it so that I wouldn't be late. However, despite this, I still had to wait for a refund.

After a few days of waiting, I received an email from them that stated I would be getting a refund. However, it has been weeks now and nobody from the company has responded to my emails, and I am unable to reach them through any contact information on their website. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

I am deeply disappointed with ToyLibrary.co, as I had high expectations for their service. The lack of response from their customer service has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I would not recommend this company to anyone. I suggest looking elsewhere for your toy rental needs.

About ToyLibrary

Screenshot ToyLibrary
ToyLibrary (toylibrary.co) is one of the most amazing and innovative platforms for parents and children that has been developed in recent years. The online platform offers a solution to two common problems faced by most parents - finding the right toys for their children and the high cost of buying quality toys.

With ToyLibrary, parents can rent toys for their children as long as they want, and then swap them with new ones once their children have outgrown them or have lost interest in them. The wide variety of toys catering to children of all ages and from varied interests ensures that parents can always find something their child will love. Moreover, the platform continuously updates its catalog with the latest and most popular toys in the market, meaning that a child will always have access to new toys to play with.

ToyLibrary offers a much better alternative to buying toys. Children quickly lose interest in or outgrow their toys, which then become clutter and eventually end up in the landfill. Buying new toys can also be incredibly expensive, with many high-quality toys costing a small fortune. With ToyLibrary, parents can save money and declutter their homes, all while ensuring their children always have access to new and engaging toys.

The online platform is incredibly user-friendly and easy to navigate. On the website, parents can browse through the extensive catalog of toys and select the ones they want. The toys can then either be delivered straight to their doorstep or can be picked up from the company's warehouse. Once the children have had their fill of the toys, the toys can either be returned or swapped with new ones.

Overall, ToyLibrary is a fantastic platform for parents looking to save money, declutter their homes, and provide their children with a wide range of engaging and educational toys. The easy-to-use platform, the wide variety of toys, and the affordable pricing make it a must-try for all parents.
