Store misrepresents items as shipping USPS / FEDEX to make you believe the items are in the US and shipping to you from there. You expect to get the item within 2 weeks. after 2 weeks you contact them to ask WHERE it is. They stall you saying simply "Its coming, wait longer" Yes. that was the reply.
You wait longer, 3 weeks. They stall you, then they start getting snarky claiming 27 days is NOT a month. You are JOKING with me right? February is 28 days long, so tell me 27 days is not a month.
THIS STORE IS SHADY AS ALL GET OUT. BEWARE
They will lie to you, and stall you. Do NOT spend your money here!
I did not receive my Syma
I bought a Syma from Symatoystore website and paid over $100 for my order. It was over two months ago and still no sign of my order. I sent them many messages but they did not reply. I already lost hope and then I finally received a reply. I was hoping to get some useful information about the status of my order but there was said that my order was shipped a long time ago and that I need to contacted the post service if I want to know more. Symatoystore literally said that my order was no longer their responsibility! I'm appalled with such a terrible service! Do not buy from these people!
Post office said that they did not have my item and I think it got lost or wasn't even shipped.

The seller hasn't given the tracking number
We bought helicopter from the website www.symatoystore.com. We have ordered it 4 weeks before our son’s birthday, but the seller told us that it was sent 4 weeks ago. But we hoped to get the tracking number, and the seller still hasn’t provided it. We emailed the seller and asked to tell us where the order was, but this person ignored us all the time. It was unacceptable and inappropriate from their side to behave like this.
