I bought my son this bike at Smyths toys at Basingstoke and on the assemble video and on display it had a tail light (a red light underneath the seat) but on the final product I have received there was no tail light on it. I asked why it was not there and they said it was an accessory to buy. However the price of the light was outrageous with £10 for a light on the back! I am very disappointed with this and never expected it from Smyth on my previous visit there. After my payment there services was unsatisfactory.

incompetent staff
terrible customer service from start to finish. Employees are rude and unprofessional. I wonder how you can hire people like them?
I can't get my refund, been trying to resolve it for a week and still there's no result. I bought an item and understood t was unsafe for my child. All of the reasons I described in order to get my money back. But they refuse to accept my reasons. They promised to call me within a day and I am still waiting. Very "professional"
