Buyer request for cancellation are constantly met by bribing, coercion and hedging marketing techniques.
This application revamp does not apply to my needs.
It is cheap and inferior as other quality anti viral protection avails.

I did not authorize you to take a payment from my cash app and you have tried several times please stop they keep red flagging me
They refused to refund my money! After only having made the purchase 2 hours earlier. They expected me to keep their service through the 30-day period of the purchase when they advertise a guaranteed refund! The transaction #[protected] was processed at 2:00pm and cancelation was made at approximately 4:00pm. Wasn't emailed confirmation of cancel.
Woke up this morning and checked my bank account. Found a transaction for $209.00 from TotalAv. I never ordered this product, never even signed up for the service but somehow they were able to get my bank information. Working with my bank to see what can be done, if anything.
I purchased Total AV, wasn't happy with it I uninstalled it they returned the purchase price. The problem is every time I try to get into a sight even if it's just to search for something it pops up and blocks it. Even after uninstalling it I still found it in programs, I deleted it, but it still popping up. Please help me get rid of it.
Adding TotalAV to my pc slowed it down to a crawl. I chose not to renew and ever since I've been unable to stop their pop-ups from bombarding my computer even after uninstalling their software. They've somehow embedded their software into my system and I can't get rid of them!
