First off, I've had nothing but nightmares with these guys. I'm currently looking for a new provider.
last month when my month ended, I called added another month. Well they charged me TWICE. So I called right away and was told it would be credited back to my credit card within 7 days.
7 days comes and goes so I call on day 10 and am told there's no notation of a credit and no ticket number so 8 have to start over. So I get put on hold for a ticket number and say on forever hold for 25 minutes til I finally hung up and called back. Had to explain the whole thing again. So after all is said and done around 12 minutes later I get told there's no ticket number for a credit and it will take 7-10 days. So I said "that's a bunch of [censored] - everything's instant nowadays" Her response was "give it 30 days" and she hung up. They are very unprofessional and pull this crap all the time - childish stuff. I already know I'm not getting my card credited back because I was told the last time this happened they don't give refunds. WTF kind of company doesn't give credit when they make a mistake. So because they make a mistake andd "accidentally" take my $55 twice I'm just [censored] out of luck. This is B/S and I want my effing money back I needed that $55 to pay another bill!
Recommendation: *** AVOID ** AVOID ** Shady business practices * unprofessional & difficulty resolving issues. Also, their English is horrible / difficult to understand them. ** AVOID ** AVOID ** AVOID **
