We bought a Mazda CX-9 GT that was Certified Pre-Owned from Tom Roush Lincoln Mazda
We bought a Mazda CX-9 GT that was Certified Pre-Owned from Tom Roush Lincoln Mazda. They said that there were no dents or damage on the car, but when we got home, we found that the front right fender was bent and the bumper was cracked and popped out. We paid extra for a Certified Pre-Owned car, but it shouldn't have had these issues. The dealer fixed the headlight and bumper, but didn't fix the bent fender. They used a self-tapping screw to hold the bumper in place, which lowered the value of our car. We talked to the service department and they agreed that it was a screw. We talked to the used car sales manager, but he didn't believe us.

04/11/2022: I took my 2016 Chevy Equinox to Tom Roush Mazda 'cause it was making a low humming sound when I drove it, the left front tire monitor wasn't working, it jerked when shifting, and the charging port wasn't working. I bought the car from Tom Roush's discount center on 02/21/2022, and they said it had a 60-day warranty for any problems. I also bought a 5-year extended warranty on the same day. On 04/11/2022, the service tech manager, *** checked the car and said the low humming noise was from the wheel bearing. He called the discount center, but they didn't approve it. He also called my extended warranty company, but they said it was still under the dealership warranty, so they wouldn't cover it. I called the discount center and spoke to ***, but he was rude and said it was normal wear and tear. *** and the extended warranty company said it wasn't normal wear and tear and should be covered. *** yelled at me and told me to shut up, and said he'd cancel my extended warranty if I kept talking. I sent certified letters on 04/14/2022 to *** Roush, *** Roush, *** Roush, *** Roush (Vice President), and AJ. Roush (General Sales Manager) at ***, but nobody's contacted me yet.
