I had a flat tire on my 2012 Jeep on January 2, and got it changed by AAA. On January 4, I went to Courtesy Dodge Jeep in Ruston to get the tire changed and was charged $350.13. I was surprised because I thought the tires were under road hazard warranty, which I had bought from Courtesy on October 7. *** sold me the tires and *** was the workman who put on the new tire. When I mentioned the warranty, *** said he didn't know anything about it but would check. After a few days, I got a call saying that a request was being submitted and I would be informed of any progress. *** called me back and said the claim had been rejected but was being resubmitted. There was a warranty through MOPAR, but the claim was rejected because I couldn't tell them what caused the flat. I have no idea what caused it since I was driving on a busy road and couldn't pull over. I left messages for *** and *** but got no calls back. I spoke with ***, who was over *** and ***, but haven't received any messages from Courtesy. I feel like I'm being taken advantage of, which is sad because my husband and I liked the service we received when it was Brennan Jeep/Dodge. We even drove to Ruston to get work done on the car because of the extraordinary service we received from ***. My husband is disabled, so it's all my responsibility.

I got a problem with warranty fraud. They didn't do the engine repair work they billed me for. I took my 2017 Jeep Wrangler JK to this dealership for warranty repair on the engine. They said they replaced all 24 rocker arms, gaskets for valve covers and plenum. But when I got my car back, the engine was still making the same loud noise. I opened the hood and saw that the right side of the engine was never touched. There were no fingerprints, no marks or scoring on the nuts and bolts that would have to be removed to access the internal parts of the engine that they billed that were to be replaced. I talked to the service manager, Bobby, about my concern, but he said he personally saw my engine be completely opened up and all 24 rocker arms were replaced. I don't believe him because the factory paint marks on the bolts and nuts on top of the engine showed no evidence of being misaligned or removed. I took pictures and video to show my concerns. A certified dealership mechanic came over to look at my vehicle and said that the engine hadn't been touched on one side and that the noise proved that no work had been done to properly repair the issue. I don't trust or believe that this dealership has my best interest as a consumer or Jeep as a manufacturer at heart. I just want what my warranty guarantees. I want an honest and trustworthy dealership and certified technician to repair my vehicle.
