Tires Plus Total Car Care – Engine light

Good afternoon,
I am writing regarding complaint number #2914989, which I have previously discussed with Jennifer at your location. I am formally requesting a full refund for the recent service performed on my vehicle—work that not only failed to resolve the original issue but ultimately worsened the condition of my car.
As I explained to Jennifer and Nicolas the technician, your team advised me to take my vehicle to the dealership after they were unable to diagnose or repair the problem. This alone is unacceptable, but what’s worse is that I was charged for parts and services that were clearly unnecessary, including a tune-up totaling $1,838.31 and both converters for $4,399.04. Despite these charges, my car remains unfixed and in worse condition than when I initially brought it in.
I was told by Nicolas to bring back the dealer’s report, which I didn't, yet he continues to call me regarding charges and other matters. Let me be clear: I do not intend to return to your location, and I expect this issue to be resolved without further delay.
I went without a functioning vehicle for two weeks, relying on Uber for transportation to appointments and daily errands—an inconvenience that your team has neither acknowledged nor apologized for. While I had no complaints regarding the brake and tire work, the handling of this issue has been completely unacceptable.
Again, I am demanding a full refund for the incomplete and misdiagnosed work. I trusted your business to provide competent service, and instead I was left with a larger problem and a substantial financial burden.
I expect this matter to be resolved promptly.
