Tim Hortonspoints card

Since the points card has been out the cashiers have neglected to scan my points card as they say they need to do it before everything else I have the points card in my hand and am ready to hand it to them but am to late. FIVE times this has happen to me. What I do not understand is why your staff is not trained to ask for the card up front, that should be done with every transaction. At least with McDonalds they hand you a sticker every time. I just find it disappointing that a company a large as tim hortons is unable to train there staff properly
