my tims card account
I had entered the wrong password too many times so I got locked out of my account which was approximately a week. To date it is still locked I am unable to reload my Tims card to use.
I have emailed customer support and have received no phone call or email back. Today I called the Tims Customer Service @[protected]. I get through but as soon as they put my call through it goes to no dial tone or it gets hung up.
I am beyond frustrated at this point.
coffee
I arrived at the Tim Hortons drive through at Dixie Road and Orenda Road Brampton Ontario location at approx. 1:15 pm today (Thurs. Aug. 31/17). I placed my usual order of 3 coffees for my co-workers and I. Upon arriving back at the office, one of my co-workers took a sip of her coffee and it was absolutely disgusting! Not even drinkable! I tasted my own and it was the same. Tasted like it had been sitting for a week! All had to be thrown out. We are not at all impressed! We all would like a full refund for our coffees and will not be retuning to this location going forward. This is not the first time we've had bad coffee here, but the first time it was this horrible. Felt the need to send in a complaint! Please get back to me with a resolution as soon as possible.
Thank you

worst customer service - 4225 albert st, regina, sk s4s 3r6
Going back to Calgary yesterday - Aug. 28 at 8:44 AM (Manitoba time), after a 3 days vacation at Winnipeg, we stopped by at the Tim Hortons at 4225 Albert Street, Regina to pick up 7 coffee and hot chocolate. All of us, especially me being the driver were all exhausted and hungry after 6 hours of continuous driving aside from not getting any sleep at all as we left Winnipeg just after 2:00 AM. With the 7 Customer Promise Coupons with me, I headed down to the counter and told them that I want to get coffee and hot chocolate and use the Coupons. Not only I was not greeted when I approached the counter, I was insulted and humiliated when all the 4 of them at the counter looked at me and started asking questions all at the same time as if I stole something and I felt like I was in an interrogation room. One attendant asked me on" how did you get the coupons", the other attendant said - they "don't give away coupons", when I mentioned that I am from Calgary, one of the attendant said "they make a lot of mistakes in Calgary, they should not give away coupons like this", the other attendant in her accusing voice said "we will have to report this - they are making too lots of mistakes in Calgary", another attendant butted out "we don't give away coupons here", and one of the staff with his authoritative voice yell "you have to scan all the coupons if it's legit" ... and I said to myself --- "do you think I will waste my time to counterfeit coffee coupons just to have free drinks"... besides, I am not getting free drinks in the first place, I got the Customer Promise Coupons because I/ we (my co-workers) are regular customer of Tim Hortons and we collect and save our Coupons which we get from time to time from various locations in Calgary, I did not buy a machine to Counterfeit the Coupons. All of the attendants were talking in their native language "Tagalog" (which I understand because I am from the same country where they came from) in their loud voices while all the other customers are looking and staring at them trying to figure out what are they saying, which for me is extreme rudeness. With what's left of the little voice that I had yesterday morning (I lost my voice because I was so tired and was suffering from sore throat) - I told them that I am more willing and is able to pay $14.24 for the drinks but they will not be able to repay me back for the insult especially with all the other customers staring at me as if I am a homeless tyring to get free drinks. We (myself and my kids) ended up going back to our car with our coffee and hot chocolate. My kids complained why I didn't order and buy breakfast, I told them I just want to get out of the place as I felt so insulted. My heart was still pounding from the insult even after we got back here in Calgary. The experience was so bad that I can vividly recall their insulting faces and their loud and arrogant voices. Because of the terrible experience, I wasn't even able to eat my dinner when I was already in front of a hot and warm meal, I can still feel and hear their insults. The staffs at that Tim Hortons location needs to be properly trained on customer service or it's going to ruin the reputation of the whole company. Not only they don't greet the customer, they are oblivious of the customers staring at them while they talk in their native language, they don't know how to be polite, and they don't even know how to say the most popular words "thank you".
drive thru - bagel
Today, august 29th 2017 at about 9:30 am I arrived at the tim hortons drive thru at dalton ave and sir john a mac donald in kingston it was lined up so I had to wait about 10 minutes... Totally understandable consdiering it is morning time.. When I arrived to the speaker box my order was "a plain bagel toasted with plain cream cheese and bacon, with a bottle of green iced tea" - no problem I pull ahead grabbing approximately $5.20 from my console.. Waiting my turn I notice the line is moving really fast for 5 people just ordering, anyways I get to the window and proceed to pay with debit, the women hands me my bagel and iced tea and I leave happy knowing i've just been served in under 2 minutes, after the 10 minute wait in line. At this point i'm starving so I open my bagel and take a bite only to notice it has 2 strips of bacon and no cream cheese... Just a toasted dry piece of bread with 2 tiny pieces of bacon? That's not worth $5.20 to me? What about you?
walk in orders
I go to the Tim Hortons in Lincoln Park Michigan on Southfield Rd that's connected with the gas station. The service is absolutely horrible. I stand at the counter while the employees take care of the drive thru. Today I went there twice to get a coffee and both times nobody waited on me. I stood there for at least 10 mins before finally leaving. It's absolutely frustrating and ridiculous!
food (chilli)
Yesterday I got a chilli for my supper and as I was eating it I found something different in it. At first I thought it was a piece of lettuce. No it was a good size piece of blue-green plastic in it. Grossed me totally out! Post a picture on the Tim Horton web page to get help with it. They told me to go to store and talk to manager. She said the plastic was from the sleeves the bowls come in. She apologize and gave me my money back... She took a pick to show her boss and took my name... I kept the plastic and the leftover chilli just in case its needed to show someone. I don't feel satisfied with going back to the store today... I could have eaten that and chocked to death! I am looking at reporting it to Dept. of Health and who ever else that needs to hear.
tim's hortons orders & customer service
Hi Tim's, I have loved your restaurant for many many years but for about 2 weeks now, when we go there our order comes out nothing like we had ordered... my mom asked for a plain, garden salad and NOTHING else with NO tomatoes or onions, when they gave her the order not only did she have tomato and onion but he charged her for a salad combo which she did NOT even order and her lettuce was all brown! I ordered a breakfast wrap combo in which they did not give me my hash brown and when I asked him which drinks come with my meal he said "well I don't know, what would you like with it" I then asked for a latte and he said "yeah i can do that" I was then changed extra for the drink which was supposed to come with my combo! last week my friend had ordered a bagel with butter and I had ordered a cheese bagel with tomato, when the order came my tomato was in my friends bagel and mine was plain! This is NOT ok! this is making us not want to buy any food from Tim's again... Here is the receipt which clearly states that there is NO tomato or onion and shows how my mom was changed for a salad combo which she did NOT even order!
Star Echo
I just called Timmy's Marmora just now to complain & was told the manager was too busy to talk to me per employee Paul & then hung up. I have had enough of how badly we have been treated by Tim Horton's after all the years of going there. Customer service is lousy.
I just called Tim's head office Mississauga & was hung up on.

incorrect item given... again
When visiting the drive through of Tim Horton's in Mount Forest, Ontario, we ordered S'more Ice Caps. Unfortunately, we were given regular Ice Caps. When questioning the server, she indicated that we had received the S'more Ice Caps. Interestingly, the driver ahead of us returned a drink to the server - were we given their drink to expedite the line? This has happened to us on several occasions at this location and we are growing increasingly frustrated at receiving the wrong order, particularly today when the server was questioned and most likely knowingly gave us the wrong drinks.
service every visit at this store
Every time I visit this location the service is unsatisfactory. Today there were at least five employees at the drive through and I ordered two coffees, one cheese croissant, peanut butter cookie and a cheese tea biscuit heated with butter for in store consumption. After about 5 minutes I asked one of the employees if someone was getting my order? They handed me the food items in a takeout bag, not heated. We didn"t get the cookie. I go there also with my sisters and it is the same every time, waiting and not receiving the right order. There were at least 9 employees and this is in a small town.I get way better service in my city which is far busier.
manager's unprofessional behavior with me as customer
I was at the store and I am not sure if garima Jain is manager at that location.the attitude of this employee was not good with me and other customers...she was so rude that she think she is doing favor to us by serving ...this is very unprofessional and it happened few times before too...I think she seems to racist...these type of employees make company name in bad books...and I will not go to this particular in etobicoke and will not recommend to my friends and family to go there...the store number is 3029 in etobicoke Ontario ...I know this complaint will be trashed but it's not professional at all for such a big company like Tim hortons
Please take action against these type of employees
ice capp and bagel
Today 08/26/17 at approximately 745 I was in the drive thru at flushing and ballenger in flint, Michigan. First off I had 2 of the rudest girls serve me. I ordered an ice Capp and bagel. I thanked the girl for my order and she shut the window in my face because I was disturbing the two of them having a conversation. The ice Capp and was very disgusting and had a weird taste. It didn't taste like an ice Capp. My bagel was burnt to a crisp and nothing on it. ( I had ordered extra butter) I usually never use this location. I will NOT be returning.
dissatisfied product
I purchased a sandwich and a flavored tea. The tea was nasty. I was not able to drink it. When I left, I took the tea to the counter and asked them to dispose of it so I did not have to put liquid in the trash bin. I let the staff know the tea was bad and did not even get an "I'm sorry". I would have expected them to offer to replace it with another drink. Very unprofessional service. One of the staff was even sitting on the counter at the drive through while my sandwich was being prepared. How unsanitary. Most likely will never visit the Roseville Tim Horton again.
fast food restaurant: food quality and food safe handling procedure
Aug. 24th 2017 17:25 PM Receipt # [protected] Paid By Visa: $7.55
Restaurant Address: 4700Kingsway, Metrotown Mall, Burnaby, BC V5h4M2
Around 5:25 PM, I went to this restaurant, Store # 3952 ( not clearly print) located in the Metrotown mall across from McDonalds Restaurant.
It was busy as usual. I ordered 1 Garden Vegetarian Sandwich, with whole wheat bun, 1 potato wedges, 1 Medium ICE LATTE.
Whole wheat bun was not fresh. Milk in latte was gone bad. Potato wedges were not easily chewable as if potatoes were cut a few days ago and kept in refrigerator for two to three days.
Tim Horton has come down in quality standards over the period of time. Company is aiming at making money without hard work. I do not think they run a mysterious shopper's program to keep an eye on quality standards for large number of restaurant locations spread across the country. I am also 100% sure that they do not have enough field inspectors to conduct frequent visits.
Tim Horton is playing with public health and safety and it should be shut down immediately until it rewrites procedures for maintaining food quality standards in all restaurants ensuring an inspection 2 to 4 times every month.
All employees working in any location should be recorded with head office and food safe certification needs to be obtained. This is mandatory compliance and being a giant company it should not be ignored.
Let Canadians live in Canadian standards and do not make third world people downgrade our Canadian standards. PM Trudeau does not understand that by bringing refugees he is lowering down standards of living in Canada. All this workers do not care about learning Canadian standards and shortage in food industry staff is helping them maintain their job in the industry.
yogurt parfait
In lindsay Ontario I think you need to eaither take the yogurt parfait off your menu or have your staff actually start making them, I am not over exaggerating when I say I order one every morning and maybe get one once a week, today is Friday I've ordered one ever day and the only day I got one is Wednesday, they are always "out"... it extremely frustrating as just like anyone else I go there for my breakfast before work, and ushually walk away without any, I understand they might be estimated made to order if they are not popular, but I thought if I ordered one every day for 3 weeks eventually they would have them... and I have actually heard people in front of me ask and get turned down as well, it's frustrating and for how much they are " not in stock" it's ridiculous for t to be on the menu, it is mostly the Tim Hortons on lindsay street, but I tried the Whitney town centre this morning and no they didn't have it eaither.
absurd treatment of a regular customer
I can't recall the exact date of the incident, but it was in the earlier half of August. To provide context, I'd like to disclose the fact that I am a minor. My issue involves what I feel is unreasonable treatment towards me. I have been a regular customer at the Tim Hortons location located on Smythe Street in Fredericton, New Brunswick for almost a year straight, and have spent all of my (admittedly meagre) funds there. This has totalled at least two to three hundred dollars, and I spend much of my time there, as well. On two occasions, I encountered the owner of the location, and during these encounters I had happened to not have purchased a product. I generally spend about twelve dollars there a week, but sometimes this increases based on available funds. I was, both times, rudely told to leave the location as I had not purchased a product. I understand that they reserve the right to ask a customer to leave if said customer is not purchasing a product, but I feel it was rather unfair, due to the fact that at the time of both incidents, the location was nearly empty. The day after the first incident, I returned, and as per usual bought myself a large ice cap. This totaled six dollars approximately, which is half of what I receive as allowance weekly. When I returned the next day, I encountered the owner yet again; I was told to leave, which I promptly did. The day after the second encounter, I arrived early, and was approached by a young man who looked not much older than I; I was told by him to sign a legal document that was drafted by the owner (rather sloppily, might I add). I did so, and later learned that my signature was invalid. I spend my time at this location so often due to the fact that my residence does not have an internet connection, and the local library is far too inconsistent for my needs. I've already tried to appeal the ban (which covers all locations in the Fredricton and Minto area) twice, with no results. I'd like to request that I be unbanned, or at the least be apologized to for the poor treatment I've received.
breakfast sandwich
Tim Hortons 110 Highway 33
Quinte West ON
Canada [protected]
Yesterday I ordered a sausage on a biscuit and when handed the sandwich my biscuit was rock hard and have been noticing that they pre-toast the biscuits which causes this to happen. The manager was made aware and the following day I returned for the same breakfast sandwich but decided not to order one because I seen a couple bagels and at least I half a dozen biscuits sitting in bottom of toaster. I don't find this is exceptable I should be getting my biscuit placed in the toaster no sooner then my order. Brandy is the employee that does this on a daily I've been going to this Tim Hortons for quite sometime now.
employment
Respected Authorities,
I had worked from December 2015 to Sep 2016 as team member in store # 416 address 65 Queen St W, Toronto, ON, M5H 2M5 for almost an year under Mrs. Alla team. Today I was called for an interview at 11 Am in store# 101390. I was there in store by 11am and since the store was full of customers I did not disturb the team you can also check CCTV reports . Once the customer were served by 11:05 am I asked a team member for manger and once I told the reason of interview she right away told me that I was rejected since I was late. I am really hurt not just because I didn't got the job but because she disrespectfully spoke in front of all the customers. She didn't even ask me for my opinion and an answer back instead she tried me to suppress. After working for 9 months for Tims I got a disgusting treatment. I must not say this but I feel that I was rejected for racial reasons or just racial discrimination. I hope the TDL gives me justice and doesn't suppress my opinion and my contributions. I am really disappointed and disturbed by that behaviour and I request you people to give me justice and believe me I am not interested to work for Tims anymore and you have also lost me as customer.
drive thru
I stop at Tim hortins Newcastle Ontario Hwy 2. The drive threw is too slow, and they seem to not give my order properly prepared as I ordered it specifically . Again I have to waste gas and go back wait in a line up again to complain to the manager, then the next very day same thing! This time I spoke to the owners jay summers and again not satisfied . I spend an average of $500 a month and can only say maybe a hand full of accurate orders. To fix this I think whom ever takes the order should make it. Staff today will not multitask, nor address a customers concern not tell me that they have a good reputation for drive threw ! I bet it's the parents or family members giving the positive review, cause if you ask a local, in the mornings you would see the result.
Ps please bring back cherry timbits for the kids and English toffee and make it a more kid menu choices because when kids can't eat neither will I .
We have received your comment. Thank you!
