Do NOT buy tickets here! I repeat DO NOT buy tickets. I bought tickets here, found out I overpaid, and had to keep asking them through the whole week why my tickets hadn't come through. I was so naive that I continued to live chat with them an hour before the show asking for help. Little did I know, they didn't care. They were just pretending to care. Then, ten minutes before the show, I finally realized I had been scammed. Then I went to the box office and bought whatever leftover tickets they had. My husband and I didn't even have seats next to each other. It was supposed to be a special evening and our first time back in the theater after the pandemic. When I told them I was supposed to get Loge section and that I paid $550 for two tickets, the box office at the theater said that price would have gotten me the first row of orchestra. I felt sooooooo dumb. I will never do this again. I didn't even think to look up reviews about this company. It just looks legit. UGH. Make sure you file a dispute with your bank if this happens to you. Hope you all get your money back. This company is so evil. When I asked why I am not getting a refund, they said it's because they have proof that the seller sent me the tickets. But when I asked if they can forward me that email or maybe black out the seller's name and show me a picture of it, they said they just couldn't do that. No real reason. So weird. If I could see that in fact the email was sent, then I would know it was just something very weird about my email account. Then I called the theater and asked if anyone tried to transfer tickets for my seats that I supposedly bought and they said no. So, when I called Tickets Center back and told them that the theater had no proof of anyone sending any tickets for those particular seats, the customer service person just said they've already answered my questions and then he hung up on me! So rude.

Tickets-Center.com The website is deceptive

The website is deceptive. It looks similar to Ticketmaster and immediately comes up in a google search. We looked for Pantages Theater and this was the first link that came up for the tickets. Looks identical to Broadway Hollywood where you get tickets. Landing on this page was my error. The ticket prices were double that of the actual price on Ticketmaster. The $60.00 tickets were were almost double in price. What was $316.00 for 5 tickets on Ticketmaster was $586.00 on this Ticket-Center website (in a less ideal section). The time for the ticket was incorrect. We elected for the 8:00 pm show and got the 2:00 pm show after being redirected on the site. I contacted Ticket-Center (which was an awful experience) to try and change the time immediately after getting the receipt. No more than 5 min. I was told no changes could be made, it was final. We would not be in the area to attend at 2:00 pm and were willing to pay a fee to change the time. They said there was absolutely no resolution and the tickets would be provided the day before the show. I could resell them on that day. Needless to say, there was no way to contact the 3rd party and Ticket-Center was unwilling to the change the time and just ended our conversation. We had to buy our tickets through Pantages and they were the same seats but for 8:00 pm and were almost $300.00 dollars cheaper. We lost out on the money since we could not get any support from Ticket-Center.com. We bought the additional tickets because our close friend is supporting her family as her dad battles kidney failure with no positive outlook. We wanted this to be a short reprieve and for that we made financial sacrifices to put a smile on her face, if even for a moment, by purchasing ticket and getting stuck with 5 tickets for a time that cannot be attended. Ticket-Center.com is a) deceptive with their sales (selecting a date and time and having it be incorrect), and b) unwilling to work with customers.

Tickets-Center.com I bought 2 tickets from tickets-center.com which said they were 157 dollars

I bought 2 tickets from tickets-center.com which said they were 157 dollars. The next time I saw the price it doubled to 313 or something. I clicked too fast because I was seeing their ads saying tickets are selling out fast and didn't notice the price had doubled until it was too late. To make t worse I discovered later it was a foreign currency and if I purchase better tickets from the event holder I would have twice as good of seats at a quarter of the price. I read they would not offer returns but hoped since I had not only made a mistake myself but I did not see anywhere that the mistake included it being a foreign currency that they would be reasonable and refund at least some of my money. How did they help me? I immediately saw my mistake and called to cancel. They said all you can do is try to sell your tickets. What kind of person would try to sell someone tickets for nearly 4 times their worth? Not me Only ticket-center.com! I will call the police to see how to protect myself in the future and if possible if I can charge them. I am pretty sure that because I made mistakes in the process they will get to take my money. The only way I can hope to get it back is to wait until it is sold out and then the tickets might be worth 4 times what they are now. Then I will not be able to go to the event to see for the first time a group of amazing artists. This was also a birthday gift for my husband. Now it is ruined. Noice gift. Honey, I threw away 250 dollars for your birthday. I know money is really tight right now so you know I donated it to some rich thieves. I am disgusted with this company and ashamed for falling for their tricks. Tip for consumers: Read every word. Call and ask if it doesn't mention what currency you are buying in. Contact the event holder to check what their seats available are and at what price. I did that too late and got crappier seats for 4 times the price/value! Do not make my mistake they are tricksters & thieves.

Tickets-Center.com If I could give it a negative 10 I would

If I could give it a negative 10 I would...on January 11 I went on ticketmaster.com to purchase tickets for a concert on March 11. The website indicated that seats were selling fast and entire sections were closing within minutes, so I selected the cheapest tickets I could afford and submitted the sale for 10 tickets through Paypal. After the sale was complete I received notification that I had actually purchased these tickets from a 3rd party seller named Tickets-Center.com. How I ended up with their tickets while on Ticketmaster's website is a mystery. After further investigation I was shocked to learn that the actual Ticketmaster was selling tickets in the same section/row for less than half of what I paid. Within 24 hours I disputed the purchase through Paypal who told me to contact the vendor, so I messaged thru Paypal Tickets-Center.com to ask for a refund which they denied and suggested I simply resell the tickets myself. Paypal is complicit in this matter as the payment method I designated to use for the purchase refused the payment labeling it with a fraud alert. After that payment was rejected Paypal took it upon themselves to process the payment through a 2nd payment option on my account without my consent, which paid it. I filed a dispute with Paypal which has been denied even though Tickets-Center.com has never responded to my knowledge. All record of my dispute has since been removed from Paypal's website. I fortunately have screen shot almost every step of this process from beginning to today and once I have organized the evidence and a timeline I will be contacting the State Attorney's Office Consumer Fraud division and request that they look into it. In the meantime I'm afraid I've been scammed out of $1200. Shame on Ticketmaster for knowingly allowing this problem to continue. Shame on Paypal for not standing behind their clients and double shame on Tickets-Center.com for using dishonest and deceitful tactics to turn a quick buck.

Tickets-Center.com TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE had to leave 1 star but didn't want to

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE had to leave 1 star but didn't want to. Our situation, we are full time RV'ers and were in Colorado and wanted to catch a Rockies Baseball game before we had to leave. The only had one night that would work for us and it was the night before we had to fly out at 7am the next morning. Well it just happened to start snowing that morning and snowed 1 and 1/2 feet and the game was canceled. Well we got an email that is was rescheduled for the next day. So here is where it gets complicated, I didn't check my email and didn't see this reschedule email until after the game was already done and over. So I was told we could have gotten a refund if I would have contacted them before the event. Well I was on travel the next morning on my way to attend a funeral and checking my email wasn't really on my mind. So I was told many, many, many times their policy, but they were insistent on not doing anything beyond their policy. I talked to 2 different customer service agents because the first one hung up on me. To no avail, they stick to their guns and will never let you talk to a supervisor or someone that has the capability to override the policy in an unusual situation. So I'm out $257 because they don't care if you didn't attend the event or were unable to respond before the event. They wouldn't even contact the seller to see if they for some reason would have heart and refund my money. So I would never use Ticket-Center.com again! I'm sure it is just fine if you are able to attend the event and there aren't any tragic circumstances surrounding the event. But when I bought the tickets to attend a baseball game the night before having to fly out the next morning, not knowing it was going to snow a foot and 1/2 and more concerned about if we were going to get to the airport or if our flight was going to be canceled then checking my email for a canceled (or rescheduled game)... They also use customer support from India, who never understand...
