The UPS Store review: Faxing machine service

Last year on, August 27, 2020 I had gone to the UPS store, in Vienna, VA 22180. I had asked for them to fax these 7 pages, including the cover letter for my 2019 taxes, that the IRS, in Kansas needed, for my 2019 refund, And one of the ladies, with a foreign accent had faxed out my paperwork separately and didn't realize, that their mistake cost me more money. I had paid them a $10.50, for their stupid mistake. I had to go to another UPS store, in Oakton, VA to get it done correctly.
Now, I know, that faxing out paperwork is not faxed out separately and it didn't to the place where it was supposed to go.
And during, this time, waiting I was observing, when a package comes, in the door, it gets checked in and tossed in this grand big pile of packages, no neatness no bin, just sloppy and unprofessional.
And the complaints I heard coming from the Oakton, UPS store from customers complaining to them about these two ladies with thick accents and the service, they do with customers and their thick accents.
Now, this is not the way to do business.
I refuse to go back in there and without roaring my anger, loudly to these women.

And, I complained to the Better Business Bureau about them also.
